Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum was good some of the topics are related to real world but it was quite difficult to understand we have to do self study and analyse the topics for understanding it clearly. They should improve some parts of taxation and overall was good experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have completed my b.com hons from JDC college and i have paid the fees near about 65000 they charge admission fee and examination fee and also library charges, computer and all. I have got scholarship of rs 24,000 under Sawami Vivekananda's scholarship scheme. Students having good marks will be able to avail Sawami Vivekananda's scholarship. Overall i had a good experience they offered a workshop to us in which we have learnt how to appear for job interview what are the key points and many more things we have learnt in that workshop. They have annual sports too .

Campus Life

2

The infrastructure that was provided who was not quite good we got admission in jogmaya Devi college but we have to sit in Ashutosh college and the infrastructure of Ashutosh college was not good. And there was not so much social life or any campus or club life.

Admission

I have applied for 3 college Harimohan Ghosh college, Shivnath Sastri and Jogamaya devi college. I have chosen JDC because it was girls college and it was near my house. I got selected for all of these 3 colleges but JDC was one of the good college that's why i have chosen it

Faculty

I always want to build my career in commerce and my aim is to be a chartered accountant. So I took this course because the syllabus of CA and B.com is the same. our college faculties are so helpful.
