The course i have choosen was information science which is same as computer science and only two subjects differ The curriculum is top notch and it covers evey topic go the industrial standards and the frequency of examination are good as we can recall the topics evey month and many interactive sessions and workshops will be conducted as per the topics covered in the curriculum

Many internal internships are offered by the companies which are tied up with the college The company comes and tests the skills of the student and provide them opportunities and they even give pre placement offers too and they get hired as my friend had a internship opportunity from SAP labs and she completed and got places for 17lpa and including mtech which is sponsored by the company

Our college is third best placement college in mysore and many multinational companies visit and tie up with our college and many students get there dream placements in companies like HP , Amazon , Bosch , Mercedes Benz and Google and many more and every assistant is given to the students right from the soft skills training to technical training and also mock interview The circuit courses placement percentage is 80+ and lil lesser for non-circuit branches

I took my admission thorough comed-K exam and the fees was 2.25L per year and there is many reservations options for the ST/SC Category and one who have completed the K-CET exam and have rankings matching the courses cut off will have a fees of 85k in my year that is 2020 now the fees may have varies by 10k and there is may scholarships available by the college and many other scholarships will be open and given priority to the VVCE students the scholarship can range depending on your annual income that is 10k-50k every year and you have to attend meetings and showcase the reason to get scholarships.

All the festivals are celebrated in a smaller manner in our college and they encourage national festivals and celebrate it with style and the clubs her is very good and interactive and every one has work to do and no one is simply idol in the club and many social services like visiting the orphanage and have a green drive like planting trees and running marathons Soo extracurricular activities are best in town in this college and its very interesting for students because they have vast opportunities

I am basically from mysore and there are only three top colleges her one is SJCE , NIE AND VVCE Soo i had applied for all three and i was admitted information science course in VVCE and i was delighted by there facilities and innovation because as compared to other two colleges they dont have that much innovation and they are in still old methods of teaching Here there is all technology to outperform the students

Every 15 student have a faculty they have made mentors for every 15 students and every academic and personal development and problems are taken care And there is faculty in department of information science she is Assistant professor Megha V a pure soul and her teaching is magical and very students like her way and innovation which she shows through her teaching The exam systems are simple every month there will be internals for 30 marks There are three internals 30,30,15 Which will be taken average and added for finals And at last there is sem end exam which for 100 marks and its simple and not very complicated and very less students fail to clear

I was a local near the college so i dint use the hostel facilities but the hostel building is huge and it accommodates three people with beautiful interior and every single facility water food and wifi and it almost feels like a parallel home and there are many cafes near by like dolpin kfc dominos and many more The night life is very peaceful and minimal amount of crimes and fight happen and the location is golkulam which is one the porshe area in mysore
