Course Curriculum Overview

3

Well I like electronics and as well as communication so I chose this course. Also I can crack both the software and the hardware side jobs . Curriculum definitely prepares us to face the real world applications. Maybe the teaching faculty can be improved if they show us some practical example instead of reading out the presentation. There should be more courses included from other core branches. This is a four 4 year course and each year we have two semester and each semester there are 90 days included after the semester starts within 1 month we have a mid exam and then again after 1 month we have another mid exam and again after 1 month we have semester exams followed by lab internals and externals.

Internships Opportunities

3

There are only few internships provided . Only the students who have high GPA are allowed. Few students also have international internships. There is internships provided by many companies such as Amazon Microsoft Accenture Goldman sach many of the time there is no stipend the projects and outcomes are mainly of apps and the background database

Placement Experience

4

The placements in our college is very good. You will be eligible for placements from 6th semester. There is more than 1000 placement offers last year. Some company names include Accenture, Tata, Microsoft Amazon ,just pay ,LNT Amadeus. The as packages 32 lakhs from Microsoft and the average package should be around 7 lakhs and the lowest salary would be 4 lakh almost 90% of the students get placed every year. My plans after the degree would be getting a high paying job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees will be around 1 lakh also the course registration fees will be 1800 , JNTU fees will be 10000 every year, if you are qualified for counsellation the government will pay 35000 as your scholarship, there are no lab fees, development fees and other compulsory charges

Campus Life

4

The overall campus experience is very good the club involvement is also good then infrastructure is also good and new. We have a technical event called consortium every year. We also have annual day traditional day and freshers day every year. The whole campus is equipped with Wi-Fi that classrooms are neat and and every classroom has a huge television where presentations are kept during the lecture there is not much sports and extra curricular activities on the campus but there is a sports day every alternate semester.

Admission

I choose this college because I know some people in this college and according to them it is good enough . The other college I wanted was bvrit narsapur , but I didn't get the admission because I was not eligible due to less marks in entrance examinations. I choose this college among the others I got because it is the best with respect to placements and the fees is worth it. That admission process is very simple, just pay the fees for every year with in the time limit the fees 1 lakh . The eligibility is you have to get qualified from EAMCET exams. The cut off for this college is not that high if you have caste reservation you can easily get into this. The admission experience is not bad .

Faculty

3

There is about 120 students for 1 teacher . The faculty sir definitely approachable and can clear doubts when necessary. That are few faculties who are very friendly. There are some faculty who just read out the presentation in the class. Well there are 2 mid exams and one sem exams per semester , also we have lab internals and externals. Only a few students fail the exam and many of them pass. The curriculum is very relevant to the up to date technology and facilities required to maintain in the market. The core subjects are also very good and with help us make good career and crack many government exam.

Night Life

4

The nightlife in the campus is very good. There are few hangouts spots in the campus for example we have a huge lake right beside there are bonfire events and also 48 hour coding challenges these events shape our college into a good friendly college there there is a well equipped gym which has many machines there is a good canteen with affordable prices and tasty food the library is very huge and has all the resources and research papers which are very needed the public area also the parking space is open always and are safe also the hostel food and experience is very good the hostel fees will be 1 lakh every year the college is very safe during the night

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good as of now. But can change a little bit becuase in 4 years we will have 8 sems and 40 subjects. Subjects should be divided in such a way that it should not get burden on the students. In some sems they will just 4 or 3 subjects that will effect other sems by having 7or 8 subjects at a time. That is really tough to clear all subjects at a time that may leave pressure on the students. And another suggestion in teaching methods was therotical class and practical class has to be done parallelly because if theory classes of particular topic has been completed in this week and pratical classes of that particular topic will be executed in some other week lab sessions. That may create confusion in students and there might get forgot what they have learnt in that week. If the theory and practical classes happened parallely they will gain hands on experience on how the things will work and they can understand more better.
