The course is to make awareness about gender sensitive roles and how society ascribed the gender roles . It is very relevance in today's society and very important. It is a comprehensive study about how women are treated how they considers as homemakers

Internships Opportunities

In many departments there were internship opportunities I may not have must knowledge about the detailed opportunities but many of my friends were interns our department itself provide for international like Astha etc. we are going to intern in the month of December

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a facility for fee waiver and to avail that good for them and apart from that the fee structure yearly is 7670. This is very normal and affordable of course and yes there are scholarships like Nijut Moina that every girl child who is pursuing postgraduate would get 2500 every month apart from the National Scholarship etc

Campus Life

The campus is very safe and fruitful for all . We literally enjoyed roaming around the campus during our break . The environment is really calming and suitable for all. If we see socially Dn our campus has playground where from each sector of the society enjoy playing games the hostels are just like and uniting body of each culture

Hostel Facilities

Hostels facility is awsme in Gauhati University the hostels are very safe for all . There is unity among all in every way . Everyone treats equally to everyone . For ones outmost growing the hostels are the best in any way

So our beloved the Prestigious Gauhati University is well known for the academia it's cultural curriculum and what not . It was my dream to study in this university and finally I made it . In comparative to other university the area is very fruitful for study

Faculty

The faculty are very cooperating and well mannered they treat everyone equally and if I talk about the course structure dn then our course is women's studies or gender studies it basically talk about equality how women are being being subordinated from very beginning so to remove those obstacles we find various findings initiatives for the well being of the society. The marking pattern is 100
