Likes

Things i liked is the campus , its greenary all over the campus and a good environment to enjoy your academic sessions
The faculties are well qualified and have different way of approaching students ,academically this college tries to give best put iof it
Other than academics they include several tech fest, contest, competitions, which is beneficial skill based so we can test our skills with other colleagues

Dislikes

Disliked facts are the sports area is very limited as they have more focus on hostel and other buildings for college
The college hours is very long it wuld start around 9 and end at 4
More industrial approach is needed other than focusing on the circulum

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has both opportunities for software and hardware path and it is useful in industrial areas Ece is considered as toughest branch but it is useful and beneficial in long term and it is interesting to learn

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees for the college which im studying through cet admission is 96,000/yr by general merit based on cet rank and for 4 years it would be around 4lakhs and lab fees, registration fees all fees are included We get scholarships by ssp And depends on the caste certificate and income certificate The fees stays same as it is approved by cet This fees is affordable and can easily get a seat if your rank is better

Campus Life

This college has several clubs which encourages students to join them and take part in it to improve their skills based on whatever field it is ,maybe photography, technical,dance , music I have personally joined cansat and IEEE CLUBS

Admission

I have applied for bmsit banglore which is around our college nmit But after joining nmit i realised this is better option than any other college for my cet rank with a good course This college stands among top 7 best engineering college in banglore

Faculty

Lecturers are well qualified and having great years of experience, talikng about exam conduction Our clg conducts three mse( tht is mid sem exam) basically the internals and also conduct 2 la ( learning assessment) and final see (sem exam ) for per sem marking scheme is very complicated

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
