Course Curriculum Overview
The main exams takes place for about 3 hours and their will be also practical examinations after the theory is completed. I choose operation theatre technology. As per my vision the opportunity for the job is good both in Karnataka and abroad. In terms of salary you can get 20-25 in Bangalore but you can earn in lakhs together at abroad.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fee for bsc. Anaesthesia and operation theatre technology is 400000. 3+1 year course. 1st year pay 2lkh and 2nd year 1lkh and 3rd year 1lkh. This fee is for management seat, but for government seats fees are less.
Campus Life
There are no specific clubs to get involved. But we get to enjoy the freshers day, Ganesh chaturthi festival, Kannada rajyotsava and the college day. College day includes sports sports and cultural activities. Students are encouraged to get involved in all the programs held in college. There is a huge library in the basement you can get all the types of books and journals.
Admission
I choose this college because of the training we can get from the hospital write next to the college building. While in other college we have to pay for the internships every other day but in saptagiri it is free for internships and we also get chance to visit Ot everyday as per the schedule.
Faculty
Every department has a hod, 2-3 doctors and 3-4 tutors. The course is of 3 + 1. Three year academics and one year internship. For the internship they have their own Hospital saptagiri next is the college building. The exams takes place every November there is no semester.
