Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects and syllabus are a bit tough. It is difficult to pass the final exam . The college needs to improve their Internal exam system, which is three exams per year and a Final University exam in the end .
Internships Opportunities
They have their own internship program, which is about six months of internship. The program happens in the super speciality hospital. But they do not provide any stipend. The internship is quite difficult.
Fees and Financial Aid
When i joined the fees was about 50000 and there were several other registration fees that come around ten thousand rupees. Nad i had to stay in hostel it was around 70000 per year . Other batchmates has different fees
Campus Life
There is only limited amount of functions and celebration in the college. One annual celebration which lasts for about a week is named as AURA . there os also opportunity for students to form groups and study in the library.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is average quality and it provides cot , table, chair and water. They do not provide any bed or bucket. The food quality is pretty average and it depends on person to person. I rented a place near hostel in my final year.
Admission
I had opportunity to join other colleges but i preferred sapthagiri due to the super speciality hospital and comparatively reasonable fees structure. The admission process is a bit confusing better to contact an agent.
Faculty
The department has good faculties and teaching staff . They also has qualified clinical staff , which provides guidance in the practical areas. Some faculties are younger and some are vastly experienced in the field.
Night Life
There is not much night life in the campus because it has only a hospital building and college building along with a hostel. Students hs to go out of the campus to enjoy any night life. There is several food spots near the college.
