Course fee and infrastructure (there are ac in most of the room in the technology campus)
Anti-ragging, the peers are very well behaving

There are nothing i dislike but the average package in placement
The avarage package should be more as our peers are deserving

Course Curriculum Overview

The technologis of involving software attracts me. The software automates the real world problems. The improvement in curriculum must be change the subject that we are been taught should be updated the technology we are learning is old. We give one internal exam and semester exam

Placement Experience

The placement in my colleges in not so bad. The campusing happens that is a big deal. But i am just upset about the packege that company offers in our college. The percentage of students getting job from here is almost 90-95% I would like to do further studies mtech after my btech degree

Registration fees-5000-6000 (same for all category students the fees differ on the branch that one studying) Semester fees-4000 Exam fees-500-1000 Hostel fees-1700 per semester Various Scholarship(SVMCM) can be avail.

Campus Life

The culture of my university is so good. The festival and sports that are organised is very enjoyable.the tech fest, cultural fest also takes place. there are clubs like football club cricket club coding club

Admission

In west bengal joint (wbjee) rank brought me in this college. The college ranking according to me here is jadavpur university, Calcutta University, then other colleges. The course fee and placement i heard of about the college thats why i joind the course in Calcutta University but jadavpur university is more good in order to that bt my rank was not that much to get admission in jadavpur

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio like 1:10 The relationship between us with teachers is very good they give full attention while we are asking something. The best faculty in my college are Amlan sir Soumo sir. There are some faculties which I don't like the teacher of the subject DSA and computer network In the internal exam the pass and fail ratio on average 9:1

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from 7 and 8 semester also their are many placement on thee intern companies. thier are total of 50 t0 60 companies that visits year which leads to very good placement percentage, in mining its above 90 percent. companies which come are infosys, microsoft, google , coal india, tcs, pwc etc. the higest pacage was 39 lacs by coal india. as mentioned above the placement is very good and almost everybranch placement is between 79 to 95 percentage of student which are placed, their are many mass recruiter if you didnt get the best pacakge you still have the chance to get a good package from the mass recruiter. my plan after degree is to advance in computer science even if i dont have the branch but i have the passion to do coding and become a web developer also i will try to get some more degree like mba and mtech and i will also try if i get selection to study abroad.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The names of comanies visited are TCS, Infosys, Capegimini,Tech mahindra etc. Some students Got 2 offer laters . Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
