I like the infrastructure of the college
College located in city middle so no problem in transportation
The faculty are superior with 30 years + experience

Dislikes

Hostel is reserved for SC/ST students only few seats for other castes
Disturbance is more because college is surrounded by roads and a very big circle infront of it

Course Curriculum Overview

UVCE is IIT model college in Bengaluru so our syllabus is advanced and laboratories also advanced with wifi around the campus and frequent programs are held to boost the confidence of the students in effective manner

Class Size: 134Course Fees: INR 49100 per year

Internships Opportunities

Top companies comes to provide the internship we can join internship at 3 Rd sem only but you have to manage the both curriculum and the job and the internship companies also provide a good stipend and experience with certificates

Placement Experience

From 6 th sem companies will come to recruitment and almost 230 companies visited previous year and more than 800 students are selected highest package of our college is 48 LPA and the average is around 10 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

In UVCE no management seats available you should come through KCET, DCET, COMED-K, JEE only and fees structure is completely depended on the state government personally I paid 49100 for this year And the exams fees will be around 2.5 -3 k

Campus Life

UVCE has different clubs for different programs like kagada, Marvel, parichaya and so many they will arrange the programs and library is very good you can any book related to any branch, students run NGO group for good cause

Admission

I will regret because I got the best college i opted this college for best placements and fees is also very less compared to other reputed college it also comes under tier-1 no other college is good as this interms of placements

Faculty

Some faculties are very good as they are 30+ years experience and some teachers are PhD students from the same college some time.and the exams are conducted strictly very few students fail in exam and rest are pass

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Think more than Twice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a tech-enthusiast and chip designing is something i have been keen to know about and hence i went in for ECE Course. The curriculum is just same as the other engineering colleges. Detailed enough to pass the semester end exams. Teaching methods and the equipments need to be changed. Its high time. While other colleges are using well designed new technologies for lab experiments, ours is still stuck on the old methods which is very frustrating as we dont receive accurate results that affects our performance.

I had applied to the UVCE for civil engineering branch first option and first round I got BIT college i don't have interest to go to that college because of high fees . So I waited for UVCE college because of its professors and it's name and famous earlier and it's a first engineering college in the Karnataka and it's 5th engineering college in the india because of its history i have choose this college . Students need to rank below 5000 in KCET exam to get ISE and CSE branch and 10000 for ECE and EEE branch and 20000 for Civil and Mech branch .
