Course Curriculum Overview

I love english so i chose english my course enhanced my english learni by aspects. I love novel reading so it helped me to get to know more about it and write in exams. But teachers must use more methods to engage their students with their teaching since most of the teachers tend to just talk and students get sleepy at times.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 7000 per semester which was twice times in the year . I belonged to obc category . I did not have to pay any extra fees as i have not opted for extra activities . I studied under gauhati unversity and the name of the institute is handique girls college .

Campus Life

I was a very lazy student so i hardly attended classes but whenever i did I enjoyed every bit of my campus life. I enjoyed freshers , farewell , cultural evening and many other events which i loved to be a part of it.

Admission

I always wanted ti study in handique girls college as it is the most reputed and prestigious college in assam. My oarents too wanted me to send their for my bachelors. I love how its surrounded with nature and rawness of the school.

Faculty

My major subject was english so we had our HOD and other 6 teachers who guided us in our journey. Our class size was around 70 students. My course was of 3 years and every year we had to appear for 2 main exams and 2 sessional exams and overall marks was 100.

Because i loved this subject. I think it's a vast area where i can used in many area's where as i want. In the economics we not only used theory but also used diagram, maths which i loved very much in my bottom of heart.

My academic experience at University Law College, Gauhati University

Before enrolling myself in ULC, GU it tried to get in to Facuty of Law, Delhi University but because of lack of preparation time as I decided to get myself into studying law very late, I could't clear that particular exam and then to seek for other options I found ULC which has a very rich history of a great alumni base including esteemed Jurists and Lawyers around the country. The admission process includes an examination of 100 marks coducted by Gauhati University which tests students knowledge in various aspects including General Knowlege, English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning. The cut off for general category students ranges from around 20 to 30 based on the result of other students. I got through this exam scoring 56 with a rank of 5.
