- Placements at international companies like IBM, Deloitte and others is easily possible at MVSR Hyderabad.
- Fests have become a large part of curriculum as we have fests almost every month.
- Classes are short and crisp as our classes starts at 8am and by 12.30 on most days we are done too.
Dislikes
- Male to female ratio is still quite less at MVSR College of Engineering as the ratio is 3 girls against 10 boys and that too in a branch like CSE.
Course Curriculum Overview
Engineering doesn't need any influence but to create an influence I have chosen engineering. Our curriculum is among the best as I have referred IITs curriculum and our is far better from them. Our library has a stock of engineering material and our labs are fully operational to teach us computer science and engineering in a best possible manner.
Placement Experience
Simply superb is what placements of MVSR College of engineering is. 10 lakhs, 20 lakhs and even 40 lakhs job offers are with students by the end of the 5th semester. Not all students are placed through and therefore the average currently stands at 10 lakhs a year.
Fees and Financial Aid
For engineering and that too CSE and that too from a private a college, and that too with a fees of just 1.36 lakhs sounds impossible but not at MVSR Hyderabad. In Andhra majority population is of SC/ST or OBC students and they get a 40% scholarship.
Campus Life
Many societies and drama society is one of the main as students of various cultures come and study at our college. Hence, it's a real deal that they also showcase some talent. Hence, not just everyone is treated right here but outsiders are taken a great care of at the campus. Our Annual fest Sargam will start in January and for four days it's a party mood at the campus.
Admission
IITs obviously are anybody's first choice colleges and they were mine also. Out of 5 lakhs students that apply only 5000 make it and hence I couldn't be in that elite 1%. At our college admissions are based on various factors such as JEE Scores, Telangana State Entrance Test and BITSAT too. Those who have scored good enough in all these entrances gets admission based on cut-offs.
Faculty
Faculties to ratio is good as we have many faculties at our college. For 60 students it should b 10 and hence it becomes 1:6. It's so good to see their teaching techniques as they have come straight from the offices of lage IT conglomerate as most of them have worked in the same sector for years before taking teaching as a full time profession.
