Remarks

The positive is that it is a nice campus, the facilities it offers most of the people are nice, the negative of it being far from the main city so there is a good time to go to a good place to have fun.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

There are many courses but most popular were BTCSE and LLB, choose CSE as it was my previous interest, exams are taken at a quarterly basis, mid term, and end term are taken twice a year so your potential will be tested.

Placement Experience

2.5

As our university is new and growing day by day, so the placement is not very much, but it is increasing at a good rate. Our college does provide internships at good companies and at regular basis, my experience was good at the internships.

College Events

1.5

Some events are done greatly but some are done very bad that i feel bad for coming to the event, the events which are popular in the area are mostly celebrated nicely but the common events are not, as there wasn't a annual event last year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is average considering the newly built University and it is feasible for most of the people, for me it was 70000 Rupees per semester but this number is increasing for every next year new student

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a scholarship program based on your 12th marks and loan facility is provided through HDFC bank which is advertised here and there in the campus. I haven't availed any of it because i wasn't eligible for the scholarship.

Campus Life

4

The is a very little extracurricular activities in the campus but there are most laboratories so there won't be any problem for that. Most of the sports are present in the campus, you can play anything you like.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Yes, i had opted for hostel and the infrastructure is nice and all but the atmosphere is not nice at all, there is ambiguity among the seniors, there is fear for getting called out y any seniors, that's why i left it the very next year.

Alumni/Alumna

I don't really know about the alumni network but some seniors are really nice, and some are a little on the bad side so there is a mixed bag, some are helpful some are not, but the can be very friendly sometimes.

Faculty

3.5

The faculties are mostly nice and helpful and are mostly changed every year. The newbies are also nice most of the times and are friendly so interactive sessions can be very helpful for the student themselves.

Placement Experience:

I’d rate HIT’s placement opportunities as 7.5/10 overall. It’s very good for CSE, IT, and ECE, decent for Electrical and core branches, and improving every year with more companies visiting and better preparation programs. If you’re skilled and consistent — especially in coding, communication, and aptitude — you’ll almost certainly get placed before graduatin

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months
