Course Curriculum Overview

4

the course curriculum is accurate and relevant. It is very intriguing even and a quiet interesting. Teaching methods of the faculty is easy going. There could be a little improvement made like making the lectures a bit more interesting so that students dont get bored after a while. The frequency of the exam are apt but during end sems the time gap between one exam and another could be more as mostly there is only one day gap during two exams and it sometimes gets hard to catch up.

Fees and Financial Aid

in BA we have 4 years graduating course according to nep and total fee is 26250 there are various scholarships provided to students. Students with minority, reserved category and other scholarships every year semester wise. during admissions the sum of 6050 was paid by everyone which was for 1st sem. registration fee was around 100-500.

Campus Life

The social environment at GGV is warm and welcoming. there is a string sense of community among student. The campus host a diverse mix of individuals from diverse backgrounds which fosters an inclusive atmosphere. The university offers wide range of extra curricular activities including debate clubs, drama play clubs etc. The infrastructure at GGV significantly contributes to a positive experience.

Admission

i chose GURU GHASIDAS VISHWavidyalaya for its strong academic reputation and focus on holistic development. The course offered alinged with my career aspirations and i appreciated the campus culture and friendly faculty. Though i applied to few other colleges but GGV was the most unexacting option for me as i couldn't go out of my city for studies for personal reasons. GGV being in my own cuty was also a plus point apart from its academic reputation.

Faculty

the faculty in GGV is great. There are teachers from all over India placed. Very friendly and supportive staff and very helpful and kind to the students. The teacher helps out the students facing difficulties and guides them. My favourite faculty in ggu is Ravindra sharma sir. he teaches math to the 1 sem students and international economics to the 5th sem. He is very friendly and helpful to everyone. He helps us out in the places we are lagging behind and also guides us every step of the way . The exams are like: monthly internals of 15 marks each twice and a semester end examination of 70 marks. Projects are also given to the students during this time. The difficulty level is moderate. Not that easy or hard. Eveything in the exam is relevant to the course curriculum and most of the students pas the examination

Course Curriculum Overview:

The bachelor of arts course provides you various subjects to choose to study for your profession such as history, geography, sociology, psychology, english literature, economics, etc. I believe you must prepare yourself for the challenges this world gives you. No one will ever help you at your lowest. I believe we should have classroom with air conditioning. We have exams every month and the course is usually of 4-5 months per semester. Completing 2 semesters means you exceeded onto the next year.

Course curriculum is good, however, sometimes one may find the course to be slightly difficult, but the faculty makes up for it, as they're extremely capable of making students understand such concepts.
