Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted for the Information Technology course which gives me an insight of the software side studies. The course is well aligned with the Industrial developments and trends, some of them are discussed with companies like TCS. Each subject consist of 6 chapters .We have mid semester and end semester exam for the academics. Mse is of 25 marks while Ese is of 60 marks.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible after 6th semester for the campus placement. Many opt for the internship and industrial exposure after the 5th semester. Many renowned companies like TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Data Excel , Capgemini visit our college .Near about 95% students got placed as other opted for Higher education and their own business ideas.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees for the academics for OBC students is Rs.61234.For EWS it's the same amount and for SC/ST it's Rs.190 only. There are no lab fees . The University Fees are included in overall fees. Only you need to pay for the exam fees per semester that is about Rs.1500. There are scholarships available for various categories like Savitribai Phule, Swa-Aadhar for SC students, for open Punjabrao Deshmukh scheme and many more as per categories.
Campus Life
The college provides various activities and events throughout the year. Our department organized an event named Impact which includes gaming, flash mob dance, auction, fun activities and all .All the departments are included in the marathons and other physical activities. There are regular blood donation camps at the college held by National Service Scheme club at the institute level.
Admission
This college was suggested from one of my family friend, who was pass out from the same college. I got 95%ile in MHT-CET exam, and through the allotted cap round seat I landed up into this college. The college also accepts JEE -Mains score. I opted for this college for academic excellence and it's location over other colleges.
Faculty
We have 5 faculties for each semester subjects. Along with it for each 25 students batch a separate Guardian faculty is allocated which monitors overall behavior and queries of the students. Dr.Dipmala Salunke is the best teacher in the whole department as she is very supportive and understands the student behavior and their potential.
