- My university has a lush full green campus which makes the ambience for good study which is a grate thing that many colleges won't have. My university has a big campus accomodating more than 10k people. It makes a huge opportunity for collaboration.
- There is a CDC (career development center) setuped to produce skilled engineers to society.
Dislikes
- Campus is big but intake is increasing year by year which may become fate for the University.
- As there is upsurge in intakes, quality of faculties may become low as there is more professors Required
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very much updates and designed as per the market standards and requirements. The curriculum is only 40% and 60% would be our efforts to learn, adopt, improve the skills needed in market. Teaching methods should be improved in a way more application based rather than just theory and assignments should not be just for sake of 5 marks. It should be monitored that every study gets a unique assignments and it should improve the skills of student in that particular subject.
Internships Opportunities
There is a Reva nest in place where all entrepreneural activities take place. And we get many internship opportunities as many start ups work there in the campus itself. And many companies will come there where they also provide internships
Placement Experience
Placements are good in college. My seniors were placed for 40 lakhs per year. It is going good but still students has to concentrate on improving skills to get placed with good packages. As many companies also given feed back to CTC like students lack skills
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 110000 this year as college fees. Tuition fees would be around 65000 and registration fees would be 45000. My classmates pay fees based on there mode of admission, if it is kcet or management seat. Management seat go upto 4.5 lakhs per year.
Campus Life
There is a club by name FACE where all non technical events and technical events take place. And there are many technical clubs which arrange hackathons, events and all. Every class room have projector facilities and many smart class rooms where every bench have charging sockets and speaker system for faculties
Hostel Facilities
hostel facility are not upto the mark for what they charge. For 4 sharing rooms, one should pay 140000 which is higher than my college yearly fees and staff are little arrogant as if they are paying fees for the accomadation. Mess food is average.
Admission
I applied through kcet and I got this college. I have not applied to any other college. When I got alloted for a course in this college, I came to college for admission where I filled a form containing all basic details or me. Then I paid registration fees and got admitted to college by submitting neccesay documents
Faculty
Faculty are low for the intakes happening. Faculties are approachable and faculty to student relationship is good. I can't disclose my faculties name but I can say one thing, all faculties are good and some may scold us for everything but they will do it for our good only. There will be 2 internals usually for 2 units and a sem end with whole syllabus
