First of all i liked the environment and campus life of the college
Secondly i liked the friendly behaviour of the seniors towards the upcoming batches

Dislikes

Parking space is very less so we get very less area to park our transportation
ground area is very limited hence we get less exposure to sports and facilities related to it

Course Curriculum Overview

This btech course is very important in getting a good placement in the corporate sectors. The curriculum includes lots of extra curricular activities which help an individual to boast himself in life apart from corporate life.

Internships Opportunities

College often provides internships through clubs. Clubs in vit have various contacts through which an individual can get internships in various new projects and startups to explore the corporate and the freelancing world of economics.

Placement Experience

The college offers a huge diversity in placement and gives every individual an equal opportunity for the placement scheme. Vit pune is very good for placement and upcoming life in corporate life. Hence this college is very good in placement

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

B tech is a very good opportunist course. Every student opting for the course has a good benifit. To take advantage and utilize all the perks of it, the fee structure for the same is high. According to me btech CE has a very accurate and right pricing of the course and is affordable.

Campus Life

The college has a very very very good participation in club activities and cultural phenomena. Clubs are a very big part of the vit campus and have a huge impact on the social life in the college. No doubt that this exceeds in its social life and club activities.

Admission

I took this college through CAP rounds. My admission in this college was very smooth and steady. I took this college because of its good placement schemes and also because of the campus life and extra curricular activities

Faculty

The college has a very renowned faculty. Every professor comes from a very highly qualified background. Marking scheme is very simple as the college is autonomous and has a very liable yet very good and up todate curriculum

From 7 semester students are eligible for placement. There are many core and tech companies which visits like cognizant, Infosys, HCl, Capgemini etc and last year there was total 875 offers. Total 90% students are placed. My plan is to do business.

Remarks:

Management is bad. There is some issues of unhygienic washrooms. Not properly ventilated. There is no light for play ground. Lots of street dogs in campus. There is no students society thats why there is no one who listen student complains.

• I got 90.67 percentile in JEE Mains and 98.27 percentile in MHT CET, with this scores I didn't had any options but to go with state colleges. • I applied for all branches of COEP and VJTI alternatively from top to bottom eg. 1.COEP CS ,2.VJTI CS,3 COEP IT.... and so on. I kept COEP at higher priority because I live in pune. My third priority college was PICT and fourth priority being VIT pune continued by VIIT. •I prioritiesd my Cap round list from past years cut off (higher cutoff branch at top). •I got VIIT CS(TFWS) software engineer at Cap 1. Since I luckily got TFWS seat so as usual I didn't wanted to loose it and for further cap rounds I changed my list as keeping the top order coep and pict college the same and only the vit TFWS seats. •I didn't participate in any spot round since I was already satisfied by my seat....Read More
