The course curriculum at manipal institute of technology stands out of its relevance and comprehensiveness. Each program is thoughtfully designed to address the current industry trends ensuring students are well prepared for their future careers. The level of questions in exams are quite higher than a lot of private colleges but almost everything they ask is covered in class rooms by professors.

Internships Opportunities

A lot of companies visits here with P+I offer every year and recruit a good number of students. Apart from that the tag of Manipal institute also helps students a lot to get off campus opportunities. Apart from that there are a lot of startups and research facilities here which are always welcoming for students

Placement Experience

The placement for the computer science branches here is commendable. Almost around 450-500 including Microsoft, Bain, Blackrock, Samsung, Nvidia visits every year and recruits a good number of students. For branches like aeronautical a lot of people go for masters. The highest package here goes around 52 lakhs with average package of 10 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid

For first year the course fee is same for everyone which is around 340000 then from second year it differs from branch to branch. For aeronautical it's 430000 per year. There are various scholarships available based on your manipal entrance exam test and your CGPA

Campus Life

The Manipal campus life is one of the best in India. The cultural fest here known as Revels is one of the biggest cultural fest of India. A lot of activities and competitions including cricket tournaments, tennis, football, basketball and swimming competitions are organised where a lot of other colleges students also visits and participates. Apart from that there are a lot of fun activities for students. The pro show day is main highlight of the fest in which every year a lot of singers, bands visits for concerts and performance. The technical fest is "Techtatva" which also offers a lot of opportunities to students including hackathon in which other colleges also participates.

Hostel Facilities

As compared to other colleges hostels and mess, the hostels and mess here are actually good. They offer double, single, triple sharing rooms with AC or non AC which is first home, first serve for first years and after that it becomes CGPA wise. If you wish to move out, there are a lot of apartments available nearby on walking distance to college also. Coming on the less food, the students might find it difficult to adjust with mess food in starting but it's better then most of the colleges mess food . There are lot of mess in campus including FC1, FC2, Annaporna mess, Ananya mess, Apoorva mess, Aditya mess. Apart from mess food they have other options also which we can buy and have. They deliver these items to hostels as well

Admission

Manipal institute of technology is one of the best private colleges in India for aeronautical engineering but one of the best labs and infrastructure. The curriculum effectively prepares students for success in dynamic professional landscape offerings both theoretical and practical knowledge. Apart from that there are lots of research work and projects happening here in which a lot of students are indulged and working on them. The admissions process includes Manipal Entrance test (MET) along with 4 rounds of counselling. The counselling includes all 4 campuses. The students can choose course and campus based on their entrance exam score and choices. The cutoff for various branches slightly changes every year and is available on their website

Faculty

The faculty members here are helpful,their research work is truly inspiring. Almost all the faculty members from all the departments are at the forefront of their fields, contributing valuable knowledge and insights that elevate in our academic community.Many involve students in their research work, providing invaluable hands on experience and mentorship. The faculty to students ratio here is quiet good. The exam structure is similar to other colleges only. 50 marks for internals and 50 for end semester.

from 6th Sem u are eligible to sit for the placement. A lot of companies come to the college i don't focus on company name my focus will be on the CTC and average is 4-5LPA and the highest package was 20LPA. but very less student get placed because they don't have proper technical skill and the one who have skills they are placed in our college. before getting a Degree i need a job from Campus Placement this is my plan after getting Degree let's see I haven't made any plans right now.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. MVJ college of engineering has a good Placement record, for branches like CS and ECE The Placement activities are handled by Placement Cell, which begins preparing students from 6th semister through aptitude session, communication skills etc They maintain good score like 60% and above academic percentage the students are eligible for placement drive from 6th semister onwards At my time at college some 10 companies visited the campus Highest package from my batch is 5L per Annum Most placement are in roles like developer and Networking side for core branches they get opportunities in design, testing and maintenance roles Overall MVJ provides good placement opportunities
