Remarks

I would say it a Really good College , with really good facilities , and I would recommend it to most people. The College is very good on academical level , also extracurricular activities are good here , it just needs a proper group of alumni and rest is depending on student and his interest.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college offers degree programmes majorly in the field of engineering and applied sciences. The undergraduate degree programmes in engineering are offered in various disciplines which include Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

Placement Experience

Placements in our campus are not that Great but not bad either . Top companies like Accenture , Infosys , Microsoft , Samsung , Yamaha , Amazon recruit students from the campus every year. Accenture being the Mass recruiter.

College Events

There are a lot of events happening all the year in the college , it starts with our technical fest namely Avensis and one more fest take place simultaneously named as Enva, after these there is Genesis our cultural fest, a sports meet happens before Avensis and then there are few events like talks, seminars and others which are driven by the societies(student) of our college .

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is feasible . Here are the details of annual college fees . Caution Money (One Time, Refundable) ?5,000 Tuition Fee (per Year) ?97,700 University Fees (per Year) ?12,000 Student Activity Fees (per Year) ?1,000 Total ?1,15,700 education is getting expensive so it would be wrong to call it expensive but yeah with the scholarships and the modern and latest facilities it's reasonable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well, I haven't availed anything but yeah college provide scholarships to the meritorious students on the basis of their marks, as I know it's on the basis of the marks obtained and the annual income of the family.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are also good in the college there are a lot of outdoor games, that are played by our college students , recently our college basketball team won gold medal in the university sports meet, there are also debate society in the college and you are free to start something new just you should be strong enough to get the permissions .

Alumni/Alumna

Yes senior students help us a lot. They tell us what to study for our exams and which book would be the best to loosen our burden. Alumni are the most important thing for a college student, we usually contact our alumni on social media being facebook of LinkedIn and they are also eager to help us and guide us

Faculty

Faculty here at MSIT is excellent , the teachers are very skilled professional in their respective fields. My teachers have over 15 years of experience in their work . Understanding of subject materials is easy.

Placement Experience:

Students after completing third year are eligible for placement. Placements start before starting of fourth year, and it requires students to have no backlogs in any subjects. However companies can imply their own rules to filter the students such as minimum CGPA criteria. But placements of our college is one of the best placement for a non-IIT college, despite having so many student intake.

MAIT - The Goods and The Bads

Placement Experience:

My seniors got placed in the 7th semester and a few in the 6th as well. As per them, the placements are the best compared to all other IPU Colleges. Offers from abroad are too given here. For Computer Related Branch, placements are to 90%. Highest Package has surpassed 1 Cr, and Avg. package is about 8 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent, average package goes from 5lpa to 10lpa. Highest it has went 84lpa in Amazon so far and can for sure grow in future. 7th semester students become eligible for placement drives and companies like amazon, microsoft, newgen, tcs, ibm, etc are major recruiters here. Around 80% students do get placed but you can definitely be among them by refining your skills and maintaining a good cgpa. I plan to go for off campus placements as well as I'm interested in AI related roles but hoping for even better.

Honest college review by a fresher

Placement Experience:

In 6th semester the students get eligible for campus placements. Company that visited last time were amazon,infosys,zepto,paytm etc. The highest package which recently got placed was of around 60-80 lpa. And lowest was for 5lpa 90% students got offers from companies My plan after the degree is to start my own agriculture firm.

College Life at MSIT: A Mixed Bag

I chose MSIT mainly because it is one of the better colleges under IPU and has a good reputation for placements and campus environment. During admission I applied for a few other IPU colleges as well but MSIT stood out because of its ranking and the fact that seniors also suggested it as one of the top choices after USICT. The admission process at MSIT is through IPU CET/JEE counselling. Once you get allotted MSIT in counselling, you have to report to the college with a long list of documents for verification. Honestly, it feels a bit hectic because they ask for almost everything JEE admit card, JEE result, registration slip, allotment letter, academic fee receipt, balance fee receipt, 10th and 12th marksheets, character certificate, caste certificate, medical certificate, and even multiple photographs. They also make you and your parents sign undertakings like anti-ragging and attendance. You have to bring two sets of documents, one for GGSIPU and one for MSIT I Applied for CIC DU (IT-MI) But Couldn't Quality As My Cuet Score Was Not So Good....Read More

I choosed msit bcz it had good placements in cse/it n also infra is decent.. i applied to few other ipu clgs like bpit n mait... but msit felt better in vibe n crowd. didn’t get nsut or dtu bcz my rank was not that good.. missed cutoff by lil bit..
