An excellent college for a great career. They provide the best in class facilities for students growth. There are multiple clubs and groups in college to encourage students to take part in extracurricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was well designed and there is the continous improvement in the curriculum. Every year the syllabus is revised and the exam structure is similar to other colleges. 50 marks for internal exams and 50 for externals.
Placement Experience
They have placements from top multinational companies. College does not provide an internship. But they provide 2-4 months of time in the final year for students to opt for the internship. Also, the college conducts multiple sessions for placement and career opportunities.
College Events
Yugam. This is a big inter college techno cultural fest. Usually, it happens in the month of February. The event covers a wide range of topics like workshops, racing, dance and singing events. Also, frequent sports events are conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. They do not charge a high fee. Everything is bound within the government policies in the state of Tamilnadu. Exams and stationery fees are separate. Also, students can avail scholarships for their education, depending on their eligibility.
Fees and Financial Aid
In the name of Mahatma Gandhi, they provide a scholarship every year. Meritorious students(10-12) from each class are selected and been provided with a scholarship. The amount of scholarship is INR 10000.
Campus Life
They have excellent infrastructure. Labs are well maintained and they have excellent ties up with external vendors and companies for best in class lab facilities. College provides even scholarships for people who are victorious in sports.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. The alumni network is useful. There is a yearly alumnus meet in the college and they personally invite all the alumni. But there is still a lot of improvement required. The college even conducts alumni meet up outside of India.
Faculty
Faculties are well trained and knowledgeable. You would get high motivation and ideas from the facilities for research. They even provide insights into uphill your career. Facilities of different age and experience are there.
