Course Curriculum Overview

I found that placement ratio is nice in my branch I think my branch has major role in real life because chemistry is real life thing Definately if teacher can improve their way of teaching like make class more interesting 3 hour exam and exam is hard

One lakh thousand is yearly fees No lab fees registration fees was eighty thousand For sc and st fees is half which is eighty thousand No scholarship is there for general category only for sc and st

Hill fair is one of my most favourite technical fest it is typically held in start of November Library has a wide range of books Facilities like fan table and advanced smart board are there in class Wide range of sports from cricket to football to badminton every sports available and extracurricular like robotics and other clubs are here Clubs like discipline club has huge effect on life

Admission

I applied for dtu Delhi bus after looking placement percent I didn't go there I faced rejection from iits because I was unable to crack jee advance Addmission process is first clear jee main then apply in jossa councelling and then take admission

Faculty

Faculty to students ratin is 90 ratio 1 nature wise facilities are nice and easily approachable My favourite faculty is Sunil sir Zeerena Maan is good but not teaching properly There are 6 exam and very difficult almost 30 percent student fail in exam

Overview of NIT HAMIRPUR

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good especially for computer science and electronics. This year only one of our senior got a 1.2 crore package he was of computer science branch. Rest of the branches also have a decent package 11 lpa being the average of all branches combined and also chemical branch has a 100 percent placement rate.

Placement Experience:

Not sure but I think from 6th semester ur eligible for placements. There are lot of Companies that visit NIT Hamirpur like google , Infosys,TISCO and etc. Highest package ever offered is 1.75cr in CS branch and each year 1cr plus package are offered to cs students by different companies like google , meta and etc . The percentage of students placed is normally 80 to 90percents overall. And I also intend to get a decent package after my degree

Nit Hamirpur and experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placements of nit Hamirpur are very much good and the highest package offered in 2022 is 173 lpa and in 2023 56 lpa. I don't think so that that the starting packages are very bad. Average package is 7.54 lpa in all over courses

This was the best college I was getting computer science branch in. This college has an average package of 21lpa for cse and the coding culture and alumni network is also really good. I wanted to get into an IIT but wasn't able to score enough marks also the cutoff inflated this year. So I gave jee mains and got 96percentile in this percentile I had few options of Nit kurukshetra (material science) , IIT UNA and NIT HAMIRPUR (electrical engineering), I also applied for MNIT jaipur in EC branch but didn't make it in councelling so I have to choose between nit kurukshetra or nit Hamirpur so I choose nit Hamirpur because I didn't wanted material science branch. The reason to reject IIIT una is because it's still under development as it's recently established so it's infrastructure and campus is not as developed as NIT Hamirpur. The admission process for coming in NITH is simple clear jee mains exam and fill joosa or csab councelling but u must have 75% in boards....Read More
