I have to son of course of electronics and telecommunication engineering because my interest in VLSI domain is so I choose that engineering in this there are different type of cheap designing with the help of semiconductor. In our electronics and telecommunication course there are different technical subject which include analogue electronics control system electronics devices and circuits electromagnetic wave theory communication system signal system etc all these are subject related to electronics and telecommunication engineering in our college. The subject are very useful in practical that is to design a cheap of mobile or to communicate with the help of radio as we deal with frequency and semiconductor in this course. In our college exam held in 1 year that is one semester and second semester in one semester there is also one exam which is known as semester and their is practical exam for semester so in total 4 years they are IT semester total.

Compare to the other tear 3 colleges our college placement is at very good with a ratio of 90% student place per year. Student are basically eligible for placement in last year that is 4th year of engineering they can also get internship in 3rd year. Our highest package is of 42 lakh that is the student go to of campus and on campus our highest package is 32 lakh and our average package is about 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh. The percentage of student getting place is good number that is about for 85% to 90%. My plans after degree is to receive master degree from a prominent and good college so I am preparing for gate exam.

Our college life or campus life is not that much good then other college yes our college also get or give permission to do events but not that much in frequency but they are several clubs in which we can participate frequently and also gave the different skills in each department Infrastructure of our college is good enough to take technical knowledge there are different computers for it and CS branch there are different mechanical equipments for mechanical branch and their are various electrical and electronics instrument also it help to gain students a practical knowledge. The event which is organised by our college annually is known as Gandharva this is 3 days event in which all types of dance a food stall extra is deployed. In our college there is good enough library which is accessible to every student of our college. Every year there is a sport week in our college in that all sports has been taken by college itself.

Admission

As I get decent percentile in mht CET so I choose this college but there was also different college in the area of Pune which is known as aissms or d y Patil but our college is very good in terms of placement then this college and also campus life of our college is good so due to this I choose JSPM RSCOE. Yes I have also go through to different colleges but due to decent percentile in mht CET I get jspm college which is not bad where all it is very good college among that percentile. The admission process in jspm is like other only there are three types of admission in our college 1) cap round 2) management 3)spot round I get this college through Cap round with is directly from government seat.

Faculty

4

In our college all the faculties are MS or PhD qualified and the ratio of faculty to student is about one is to 30 which is approximately good. In our college I like various faculty because of their teaching style because of their friendly nature with student they also help students in difficult situations. Exam structure of our college is like 1 year is divided into two semester and each semester have one med sem consist of 25 marks and and same consist of 60 marks there are also internal marks given by teachers that are also 25 mark the result is shown in CGPA overall a good marking and examination system. The syllabus of the exam is not that much hard or that much easy they are about 70% student who clear the exam in first attempt only so it is a very good ratio respect to other college.

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. However, in some programs, there is a still heavier focus on the theory, so students must actively seek extra learning resources

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.
