Likes

College life is very good and happening.
Boys to girl ratio is balanced with 50:50
Very diverse culture and friendly and professor teach in english

Dislikes

Faculty not very friendly and cooperative
Attendance policy very strict and create a lot of problem
Drugs and toxic substances abuse is quite evident

Course Curriculum Overview

Relevancy of the course curriculum is very nice and focus on the important things needed in the cooperate world and do not waste time on useless teaching style and dont focus on memory based examination but more of practical.

They also provide summer and winter internships to the elligible candidates who have no backlogs and have hone their skills throughout and many a times internships are converted to jobs. So very good internships culture

Placement Experience

Their is good placement opportunities but for mainly computer based coursed with average package above 15lpa which is quite decent and have many top tier companies also coming in lile microsoft amazon black rock etc

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for college and mess and hostel included for 4 years is around 24,00,000 and their are scholarship based on gpa criteria as well as the entrance exam conducted. Overall comes out to be a but costly yet compensates with good packages.

The club environment is very prominent woth many various and diverse clubs all around focusing on academic as well as co curriculum activities and the club keep organising regular event making the college life very happening

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is very nice with good ac room also available according to your affordable options and from 2nd year onwards hostel preference is done through gpa and the mess food is very decent compared to other colleges.

Admission

The college location is pretty good with beaches nearby and a very active college life with event and parties all around the city. Alongside they even promise good placements which is a good balance compared to other colleges.

The college exams are very smooth and paperless examination that are conducted on an E tab and is bery convenient as well and examination timing are also quite easy. Exam is made from what is taught in classes so easy to cover

AN ABSOLUTELY PAISA VASOOL COLLEGE TO BE IN.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum seems to be a little outdated as we were following the VTU syllabus. But since 2024, our college has become an Autonomous College and since then, most of the outdated syllabuses were replaced with newer, required contents. And we have exams regularly, every month. This helps us alot in preparing for our final exams.

From 6th semester students eligible for campus placements, japanese and boeing are visited but from aeronautical engineering japanese gave only one offer but boeing 0 offers from aero.highest package is 66000 per month and average is 25000 70% of the students are getting placed After getting the degree i would like to do job

Teaching methods should be change. They should teach from the scratch in every subject. So that students can eadily able to understand the concepts and implementation in real world. The topics they cover in class is not very detailed and facing difficulty by students for understanding.

So after 4 th sem campus placements get started and many companies have visited our college like microsoft,wipro, reliance AI,etc.The average package is 18lakhs, and the highest package is 27 lakhs per year.

Placement Experience:

Again as it's a new campus a very small batch of students have made it to the final year as of now. It seems that the first batch of students have the highest package of 50lakhs from nvidia, and the cse department is having an average of 14L per annum

Open Spaces giving birth to Creative Minds

MIT Manipal owns engineering!

Admission here are very consistent and just two methods. No other method works here as MIT Manipal has very clear plans. Either you can qualify through Manipal Entrance Test or JEE scores but 90 percentile is required. So it is tough as engineering seats in MIT Manipal maybe high but competition to be in top 1000-1200 means competing with nearly 100k students....Read More

MIT Manipal is awesome!

For B.Tech courses, Manipal Entrance Test is conducted by the college and students on the score and ranking are alloted branch. CSE and AI are taken by top rankers and then mid rankers can take our branch. However, first choice is always with the students. MIT Manipal is super tech savvy!

In MAHE or MIT Manipal the university only accepts their own entrance scored as JEE qualifications and all have very limited seats.
