Remarks

There are many positive remarks about our college location I feel the most positive thing it is near Sealdah Railway Station and there are many positive things I told in my before answers. And lastly, I feel the atmosphere of our college is the best thing for anyone.

My B.com course honors in Accountancy. Our college is under Calcutta University. It is a 3 years course with 3 yearly exam held in other colleges under Calcutta University. And the questions come from Calcutta University also.

Placement Experience

The placement and Job opportunities are depending on the marks of the candidate. College brings some companies to our college trying to push some average candidates also. It's a very precious experience for all of us.

College Events

There are many events celebrated in our college I just mention some of them. In my first year when we were freshers that program was one of my favorite and memorable also. And annual social program which held in Netaji Indoor Stadium. I just mentioned these two but there are teachers day, Saraswati puja lots of events we celebrated together.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. According to the standard of the college, it is one of the cheapest college we could complete our graduation within 10k. With great professors and lecturers who guided you like there children.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I just know about one scholarship. If any student gets over 55% they will be eligible for the scholarship money. May be there are some scholarships on sc/st. And Kanya Shree for girls by West Bengal Govt. I don't know about the loan facilities.

Campus Life

Our college is very strong besides academics. In Extracurricular activities like drama, band, debate, dance, etc. Our football team is one of the best football team in Kolkata college circuit. And we also have a very impressive cricket team.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are very helpful about all the problems and master of the solution to the problems. When I was in the second year in my it projects one senior student came and helped me throughout the project which I will remember my entire life.

They work very hard to make our college. They are very generous and very helpful. They trying to guide us not only in academies they guide us in sports and other cultural activities also which are immensely important to get a great personality.

Campus placements are available for the good students who score above 8cgpa which is very difficult in cu but the starting salary starts from 300000 which I don't think is good but atleast better then the college's that doesn't provide placement

Review for GCCBA in the best way possible

Placement Experience:

On passing 5th semester, the students of Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration are eligible for campus placement offers. The campus reach out college during our sixth semester to interview us. After passing sixth semester we can proceed with the jobs in case we qualify. All the Big 4s viz EY, Deloitte, PwC and KPMG including with MNCs reach our college for campus placement opportunities. They definitely select students each year. The highest package offered till date is 10 lakhs with a associate profile. The average package is 3 laks. The percentage of students getting placement offer is between 5% to 10 %. My plan after the BCOM course is becoming a successful Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant.

Infrastructure is not as your Expectation.
