Course Curriculum Overview

We have 2 semesters per year and we have to write 8 subjects for the exam..that is two lab and 6 theory subjects. We will have to clear the subjects and cannot have more than 4 subjects as back ... The exam fee is 150 per subject

Internships Opportunities

Placements and job opportunities are very good..and college doesn't provide internship.but they help us to attend internships which are very valuable ..and all these things are very good at our college and help us build our future.

College Events

Fest is the yearly thing celebrated in our college and its so good that we get to enjoy the engineering life In one go ... And there are also sports which are encouraged by the college and the support system is also damn good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since I have acquired seats through CET, my college fee structure is very less compared to management ..compared to the rest of the colleges around..our college is feasible when it comes to fee structure ...

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year there are facilities allowed to apply for a scholarship which is sanctioned by the government for the educational purpose as we pay the CET fees yearly. And it helps a lot in balancing the things for projects works and all.

Campus Life

Labs sports and other curricular activities are very good and they are been encouraged in our college. The college support system is very good they'll boast students to join these kinds of extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

I haven't opted for the hostel as the hostel of our college is too far and it takes extra expense for the college bus and compared to hostels staying in a room is more feasible and economical..and my room is located at nearby our college.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

I haven't heard this topic particularly as our college hasn't put up A technical talk regarding this... But I hope they'll be helpful knowledge to us ... These help us to know things better and much clearer...

Admission

After pursuing my 2nd PUC...I applied for CET and wrote the exam and got a ranking of 28,047 and got a seat in national institute of engineering, institute of technology Mysore..then cleared my online entry and got a seat

Faculty

The teaching Staff is really good and well educated. They clear all the doubts a student gets ..and the lecturers are friendly towards their students and they help students in scoring good marks and help to get a bright future

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited our college like tcs ,wipro,Maruti suzuki,infosys,tech mahindra,accenture,ibm many more Highest package was taken by ece student 14.5 lakh / yr and average package was around 3 to 5 lakh per annum . There is 80 to 90 percent placements in our campus. My plans was complete degree and place for a semiconductor industry.

I choose computer science engineering because I was interested in it and it got a demand in the market also in our college it is very good we can graduate from here by learning all things faculty are great there support you all the faculty members are completed their PHD so they are well qualified and educated the teaching method is good they understand the student concerns and they help us to develop some exams will be around 4 months once they are not that tough to pass there easy you can crack the easily.

Remarks:

It's a government college so the fee will be less.you can find multiple PhD holders here as your lecturers.and above all of this good study environment. Since you get lecturers with high info on their respective field it will be very educational to have conversations with them and you can even discuss other topics that are not related to just academics.

Remarks:

Some guest faculties are not good to insense of teaching sone experienced faculty also there who doesn't know to teach students, they have knowledge but doesn't know to teach students. Other faculties are good even better also.

Living up to a great college experience

Remarks:

There have been a few complaints with the college management, they take regular feedbacks but it doesn't look like they act on it. Nonetheless, the college is smoothly and efficiently run.

I got this college through KCET. My rank was 9k and I am pure general merit student, so I got this college in 2nd round. I personally prefered this college more at all which I could have got for my rank because of the experience of the college and main factor was the place where college is placed that is Mysore.
