Nit kurukshetra has very green and lush campus which always gives a positive vibes
Sports facilities of this college is amazing with a very big sports ground.

I don't like mees food. I just miss my mom's hand food
Some teachers are helping but some teachers don't teach properly.
So many assignments are given by professor.

Course Curriculum Overview

My B.Tech computer science course comprises theory based learning as well as laboratory and practical-based learning. Some of the important subjects include Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Programming language etc. But there are few subjects which are related to computer science engineering at all.

Internships Opportunities

A very good internship opportunities available in NIT KURUKSHETRA.So many companies likes Google, Amazon, Wipro, Adobe, Tata etc come here. Students are selected on the basis of their hard work and projects .

Placement Experience

Nit kurukshetra has very good placement record for all branches .Most of the big MNC's come here. students get placement by PPO during internship in 3rd year. They are eligible for campus placement from 4th year.

Fees and Financial Aid

My tuition fee is around 125000 and fees for others things is around 66900 per year. For SC and ST student no tuition is required. General and OBC student's tution fees depend upon their family income.

Campus Life

I am first year student,I haven't explored everything everything but whatever I have explored I have amazing experience.Campus is very good, hostels are also nice,so many clubs are active, many social activities happens here.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel which I have been allotted is a 3 seater room which have 3 beds,study table,3 chairs,3 almirah . Meal quality is good but I don't like it's taste. Hostel are very affordable if we compare it from PG.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

Reasona behind choosing these college were placement and place where it's situated. It has a good placement for Computer science students.It has very green and lush campus which always gives positive vibes.

Faculty

A very good faculty to student ratio is maintained here. Definately many professor are approachable but still few professor are there who are rude. My favourite professor is Mr. Vaibhav Aggarwal who teaches C programming in unique style.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
