A Glimpse into Life at PES University

I personally took BCom in respective of only for my higher studies. The curriculum which runs in the college is completely helpful for the students as the college has research papers, assignments, worksheets and case studies are to be done by students for the betterment which would help to grow their CV.

The yearly fee is 150000 per year and it continues for 3 or 4 years depending upon students choice whether they opt for honours or not. If u have a SGPA of above 7.75 in a sem then u r eligible of getting ?2000 as cash price or namely scholarship applicable in all sem's. And if u a CGPA of above 8 in a year then u get back 50% of fee back as scholarship

The main event which happens in college is named ATMATRISHA which would happen in the month of March. The college have 3 libraries one centeral library which has 2 floors of books and seating capacities even there are discussion rooms over there. And one in MRD block and the other library is exclusively only for LAW department students and staffs. The central library is opened till 9 PM in the night so that thestudents can sit read and go home. The college has two basket ball courts, 3 badminton courts, 2 floors gym, one cricket ground, one football ground, which is huge enough to play tournaments. Each departments would be having many clubs according to their curriculum. The college even has their own photography club and editing clubs where students work are so professional

Hostel mainly had 3 blocks. For first year they will allot only two blocks one is IT Block which is 3 sharing with common bathrooms and the other one is NB block which is 3 sharing with attached bathrooms. Hostel has 3 canteens one is hostel mess the food would be in South Indian style and Non veg is provided the other one is Namdari it is a Jain kind of mess which only VEG and they don't even use oninons and garlics in their food the last one is Food Court where u get Chinese items and non veg is also provided. For the hostel process u have to get a form from the office then fill u r details and the amount should be paid only in Demand Draft at first

I have got palced in SJCC, Jain, and RV and here in PES. But comparing to all other colleges PES has a good environment and world class infrastructure and mainly they gave importance to sports as well. In SJCC I have to placed but then I don't that I have to pay the fee within two days of their selection, i failed to pay so the fee seat got allotted to some other person. In Jain the atmosphere is not that up to the mark as well as same in RV. The addmission I did is through online, I have paid ?1000 as my admission fees

The faculties here are well equipped and knowledgeable persons. Every student will be having a mentor teacher to whom they can express if they any issues with subject or in personal life. Some faculties are there who are so partial where they will only give importance to local people than then non-local peoples. When it comes to exam there will be 2 internals named as ?SA and one main exam named as ESA. Both exams are hybrid mode exams. ISAs are completely of multiple choice questions whereas ESA would be full of descriptive.
