The insight of BIT SINDRI

The curriculum followed in our college Is of JUT RANCHI. The course is very much inclined towards the demand of the industry not useless syllabus. The teaching methods of our professor Is of IIT and not levels. Many faculty members are PhD holderfrom iit. The exam are very frequent to test the students time management. The attendance of 75 percent is compulsory. I chose electrical branch because it's tha highest placement branch in our college. Last year 97 percent students got palced

Our college has a lot of connection all over the globe so our students get intership through recommendation and college also run many problems for training students to crack intership. Many students of our college has done internship in many big company like ISRO,DRDO, MITACS, MICROSOFT,AMAZON etc .

After 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Top companies visits our college like Amazon, Google, samsung,tata, vedanta , Capgemini, reliance,TCS,Honda etc. The highest placement last year was of 50 lpa in de Shaw company. Many students got above 10 lpa 75- 80 percent of student gets placed in our college. Due to rigorous hard work of our college. I have a plan to have a campus placement and enjoy

The year wise fees consist of annual fund fee of 7700 and tution fee of 7332 and registration fee of 500. The hostel fee per annum is 7000 and electricity bill is 2500 per year. The sc ,St and girls has not to pay annual fund fee and tution fee rest all are Sam e. The obc St and sc get ekalyan scholarship and college has good connection over India so last year 38 students from our college got reliance foundation scholarship

In our college their are total 11 clubs like eco club, arts club,sports club,model club,Leo club,etc. Their are many events organised every month by various clubs. Annual sports is organised every year in Month of January. Out library has a total of 2.5 laks which contains all the books you wants. We have a smart board in every class and a lecture desk with mic. Lots of sports are organised every year by sports club like inter branch badminton, volleyball , football etc

The hostel facility is provided by college whose annual fee is 7000 and 2500 electricity fee . Our room consist of 4 students in first year and a bed along with study table a Chair and a almirah is provided for keeping stuffs. The mess fee is 3900 per months and food is eatable not very tasty but good for survival.

I applied in joosa and got NIAMT RANCHI , BIT MESRA RANCHI but due to high fees and placement of tech branch nly I opted for this college as it's very much affordable and core branch has good placement ratio. I didn't got a seat in NIT as I only secured 93 percentile In order to enter in our college jee mains marks is considered. Only jharkhand residents are allowed in our college. The cut off for general student is 89 percentile this year and 87 for obc and 86 for EWS

The faculty members of our college is very much highly qualified and support us in every possible way. In my electrical branch 180 : 25 ratio of student and faculty member. Professor Dr ghanshyam sir is most liked by me due to his communication from student regularly in their problems.
