Course Curriculum Overview
This course is one of the most dynamic and core pillars of modern technology. From designing intricate electronic circuits to building efficient communication systems. This program provide a well rounded education that balances theory with practice and offer students to the latest trends in communication.
Fees and Financial Aid
University of kashmir offers various branches in btech like computer science and engineering , electronics and communications engineering , mechanical engineering, civil engineering and electrical engineering. The fee structure for all the branches is same i.e 40475 per academic year. The examination fee per academic year(includes 2 semesters ) varies between 4k-5k. There are reservations for the students of category st,sc ,management etc. Also the bus charges are 3000 a month. Plus hostel facilities are also available for the students from different regions.
Campus Life
The college organises an annual cultural festival every year. The students can participate in the event and can set up the stalls as well. This event helps students to interact with different departments of the college and these type of programs kind of help in socialising with the people also. The campus also organises sports activities every year.
Admission
Firstly i was interested in aerospace engineering and was selected in Hindustan institute of technology and science in chennai. Due to family related problems i had to settle down in my hometown and continue my studies here only. Then the only college I applied in my state was this college and the admissions was totally done on the basis of JEE score.
Faculty
There are teachers available for every subject in the campus. The permanent faculty teaches 2nd year onwards while the 1st year is completely taught by the contractual faculty . The semester exam comprises of two main exams of mid semester exam and final semester exams (each carries 50 marks) and students have to secure minimum of 20 marks in both the exams to pass the semester.
