- I liked the infrastructure of the college, also the greenery of the college is damn
- i liked the societies of college that indulge different aira in college and excitement between students.
- I would also say that the fest and events are awesome. One should join societies for internal development.
Dislikes
- I think the canteen prices are bit high that the students disliked the most
- The menu of the canteen is also the worse part for students, they want some new stuffs
- The timings of classes are bit worse because you may wait for your next class between the gap of two hours or three hours
Course Curriculum Overview
Okay, so curriculum of course is bit important. The professors prepare you in a way that you yourselves found a huge difference in your personality after your ist year. Their teaching methods are very good. They took your tests, assignment on time .
Internships Opportunities
Actually I'm not clearly remember the name of companies because I'm from English honours, i and I didn't join any internship but I think many internship opportunities are there for commerce students. You yeah you can go for it.
Fees and Financial Aid
In ist year , the free structure for English honours course was 14,500 to 15000. In second year , it was around 16,000 . And in third year it was around 20,000. There are also some of the scholarships for category students but I don't know much about them .
Campus Life
Okay so firstly every society of the college organise their events and fests . Like there's a society named Spic macay that organised Virasaat and iwas also the part of it. Then there's a society named Girlup nitra that organises the women empowerment events and I really get much information. Then if we talk about library, you found every journal aur even the books of your course which you can issue for a period of time . For sports , football, volleyball , handball is there . Students got refreshments and coaches are well disciplined .
Hostel Facilities
Okay , so now the most important part that students and parents are worried about. Now according to new rule, hostel is issues only for freshers . The annual fee of hostel is 1,40,000 without ac. And 1,45,000 with ac rooms . The laundry service is included. The mess is well managed. Staff is very cooperative.
Admission
Okay so I personally applied for Hansraj, Hindu, Kirori mal and also Miranda and many others but these four were my top preferences . But I got Janki Devi Memorial college. And I'm telling you this incident seriously changed my life. I know everyone dreamed about the top colleges of DU but seriously the other colleges are much much better than them
Faculty
The faculty of the college is good. The faculty members are too sweet , if you have any problem they will be available to you at any time . So don't worry about it but examination system and marking system is bit strict. You have to prepare for your assignments and tests in good way for getting enough marks.
