So Curriculum is recently updated in the college (2021) but i still feel that in first year it could be a little more dedicated towards the branch we chose . Like for example subjects like manufacturing process ,Evs can be optional(in my opinion )

Fees and Financial Aid

10000 - security deposit (included in first year fee) 175100- one year fee breakup-- 139500- tution fee 20000- university charges 2000- alumni (one time fee ) rest 4 year also same fees of other categories also same . no direct scholarship is provided by the college as such.

Campus Life

There is culture fest happenes in january and there are many societies which you can take part into.Library has wide range of books and journals with access of wifi and computers in library only.there is a small ground and a badminton court but there is sports complex 10 mins away

Admission

Close proximity to home and branch is tech . I also got Dtu lower branches like civil and biotech but as i wasnt interested in core branches and wanted to go for tech branch only so i chose this over Dtu

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is 180 students per teacher for a subject but obviously you will be divided into sections so that you can approach team easily just like schools. Exams are sessional,mid term, and final per semester and assignments and test in between.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I choosed msit bcz it had good placements in cse/it n also infra is decent.. i applied to few other ipu clgs like bpit n mait... but msit felt better in vibe n crowd. didn’t get nsut or dtu bcz my rank was not that good.. missed cutoff by lil bit..
