Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was good but outdated. The subjects that we were taught were not useful in the current times. But the course subjects and curriculum has been changed after 2022 and many contemporary technological subjects have been introduced. Some of the subjects were difficult and rather irrelevant for the field of my course but rest all were good.

Placement Experience

The placements of the college are pretty decent considering the current times. The placement cell was not as helpful but the overall placement scenarionwas okay. The average package is around 4 lacs for a tech role.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my Btech, there were a total of four years: The total fee for Year 1 was 1.5 lacs from which 40k was paid to the university. The fee for the Year 2, 3 and 4 was 1.2 lacs Tehe total fee that I paid for the 4 year course was 6 lacs.

Campus Life

The overall experience was pretty good. I got to meet a lot of samrt people in the college campus and the seniors were also very king and helpful. The college premises is decent in size but has good facilities.

Admission

The primary reason to choose this college was that it wasn't far away from my home unlike other colleges. So, it was very convenient to reach to the college daily. The area around the college premises is safe and good. Also, the college was good in terms of placements and teachinf faculty during that time. Hence, I chose this college over others. The admission process is pretty simple. After you get a seat, you just need to go there once for document verification and submit the fee, and you're done.

Faculty

There were around 80 faculty members in the teaching staff. The faculty to student ratio was around 1:30. The professors in the initial part of the course were really king and helpful but lacked guidance. The teachers that we got in the last 2 years of the course guided us really well for the future. Although, some of the faculty members were rude and arrogant. The exams that they made were medium to hard in difficulty and not many students failed in those exams.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. Highest package - 80LPA (Atlassian) Average Package - 20LPA Some top companies which visit on campus - Google, Microsoft, Apple, Atlassian, Sprinklr, NVIDIA, Tower Research, Estee Advisors, PhonePe, Intuit, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Samsung, Texas Instruments, etc.

Insights of my college

Placement Experience:

Student got internship opportunities after 3rd year. Many companies like microsoft, IEEE , Agro Robotics. Average package is about 4-5 lakhs when this college was polytechnic now upgraded to degree college so this year got a idea about highest package. The percentage of placement is I think 80 percent. I am planning after getting degree i want to get placed in a good MNC company and want to serve for the betterment of society in field of technology and Artificial intelligence

The Hidden Truth of NSUT

Placement Experience:

Talking about NSUT, it is one of the best in terms of placement. Almost every company you may think of that costs IIT Delhi also visits NSUT. NSUT has a great placement stats in tech, non tech and in core as well. In tech , you may think of Amazon , Flipkart , google , Microsoft and all the big companies do visit the campus The eligibility for on campus placements purely depends upon the CGPA. So it is really important to maintain a good GPA throughout the course. Students become eligible for placements after the 6th sem only. To check the stats of the company visited and the offers made to each branch , you may visit the TNP website of our college NSUT. 80-90% students were placed from our college in the last placement session. For consultancy and non tech, companies like Deshaw, Bain, TCS,McKinsey etc do visit the campus. The highest package almost goes above a Crore per annum in most of the years , while the avg is around 10LPA, while the median is around 7-8LPA.

Placement Experience:

from end 6th semester companies start coming to our college and placing students around 200-250 companies visit our college every year for placements varying from different roles and and different branches last year 82lpa was the highest package in my college around 70% students get placed every year ill get a job and start working

GENUINE VERDICT OF COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

After 6 semesters you are eligible for campus placements and after 4 or 5 semester you are eligible for internship opportunities there shall be companies that visit it or campus Google Microsoft Samsung and many more Adobe also I don't know the proper way sorry the highest package is of 1.82 crores. The percentage of students getting placement is about 80 to 82% after getting the degree I would first do a job for 4 to 5 year and and earn some money and then with my friends I got plan for a startup

I applied to all the colleges that come under GGSIPU and in the 1st round I got HMR and in the 2nd round of IPU counselling I got this college and then I booked this seat and got my seat allotment letter after paying 60000 for the required seat allotment fees! I chose this college over HMR because HMR is very far away from my home and this college is still nearer as compared to HMR As I said I applied to all the GGSIPU colleges but I got HMR is first round which is very far away from my college so I didnt chose it.
