Course Curriculum Overview

1

The exam structure is totally based upon university norms and can be found at the IP official website. In 3 years you"ll will get to pass 6 semesters, 2 semesters each year. You"ll have to give 2 internals exams and one external exam for each subject where internals marked for 25 and external marked for 75.

College Events

2.5

There are lots of events that are usually celebrated every year including the zest that usually happen in the Lingaya's Vidyapeeth that is the main university then college fest zeal, the official fresher party then the Hindi divas then independence day then lots of workshop and dance events then the university fest which is Anogoonj (Annual cultural fest of GGSIPU) and there are so many it is actually fun.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure of LINGAYA'S LALITA DEVI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & SCIENCES 1st year fee 71000 Rs and 67000 Rs in 2nd year and the same in the final year. Every course has a different fee structure. Fees structure of the college is fixed by college administration itself

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan. the fee structure of Lingaya's Lalita Devi Institute Of Management & Sciences is reasonable.

Alumni/Alumna

It is ragging free campus as I told above also. Seniors are so helpful and will tell you enough about college things, teachers and a lot of info.

Admission

After giving the entrance exam, results came and then counseling process had started at the first counseling this college was suggested to me I went to the campus and the faculty told me about the fees structure, about the facilities it took me 2 days to get the admission in the LLDIMS college.

Faculty

1

The faculty of our college is good. They are very kind and helpful. During class, they are stick & very serious about our studies. Our teachers are very helpful they listen to our problems and gives suggestion regarding issues. They also tell us what to do or not to do. One thing I didn't like about my college is teachers didn't provide us notes at the time we needed.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is functional and active. The chances depend on the course that you have opted for. The placements are really good for commerce, economics, Maths, Stats but for the other department's students it might be a bit challenging to find a company of their domain. The students become eligible to sit in placement from 5th semester. The companies that visit my college are Godrej, BCG, McKinsey, Nation with Namo, Blackstone, Accenture, KPMG, EY, citibank, microsoft and Amazon etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Journalism was first introduced in Delhi University at DCAC. The amazing faculty and a proper media studio makes Delhi College of Arts and Commerce a perfect choice for Jouranlism aspirants. The media studio has professional mics, green screen, cameras, teleprompter, switcher and other equipment required for real life learning. The classes are full-fledged, sometimes irregular. Exams are scheduled at the end of each semester. However, internal and continous assesment happen regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate my course four out of five because in journalism is a field where people are not about so much. The main stream media does not show the real problems and challengs of the country. They live in a bubble of their own. Many of the times they provide miss information to the people which hurts the hearts of the people. They do not cover multiple aspects of media. The exams in the daj is not so hard you can easily pass it by just 4 to 5 days of preparation.

The placement is fine in college. It is not a bulk campus placement like in most of the engineering colleges but it is pretty decent. The one who is smart and confident enough gets it. Companies provide a decent pakage to the ones who get placed.
