I personally want to study here mainly because of the infrastructure and the number of patients we see here .Here we get chance to interact with all kind of people mainly we need to be in good terms with our seniors because in clinics where we wont get much attention from our teachers our seniors are the ones who will be helping us and teaching us what to do how to do .For teaching i dont think there is any problem as far the teachers i have seen are very good in what they do their handwork is amazing and exams are as it is easy if we read and difficult if we dont that is it differs from person to person or else our staff is always available for any help we need and i think after we ace here in this college i think we have good chaces outside for our bond or job because it has good name and i think the student also will be ready enough to face it .

Our college provides internship to students after the completion of there four years where they get the opportunity to handle or to work in all departments learn from the staff and improve themselves . Here per month last year the stipend was 25k and per day the money was added that if we take leave the salary for that day will be deducted and per month the grant for leave is one day .In internship i have seen our seniors working in all departments in periodontics, orhto, prostho, endo ,paedo ,surgery and phd that is the public health dentistry .The inetrns here are seen and treated equal to our teachers they get to practice and learn a lot in there internship when compared. Its an opprtunity to learn every possible branch of dentistry in a single year with a reasonable stipend and also it increase by 2k per year maybe this the stipend per month will be around 27k or 26k .

For our course and college we have to complete our bonds after internship .So after our internship we have to apply for bond completion in any esic college the place is our choice and based on our academics we get the bond in those hospitals . The avg salary package os aroung 1.5 lakh per month during our bond year ,the students getting the bond is upto 70 percent . After the bond it depends on us if we want to write the neet mds exam for completing our further mds studies and after that u can do fellowship Superfellowship and practice it totally depends on the individual choice . I personally would join dental corps after bond and then write the exam and try for getting admission in afmc college as i want to pursue to become an army dental officer, it is tough .Till internship the student will have got a lot of practice for them to compete for the outside world .

The college fees increase yearly as in first year i had paid 109850 and this year i paid 115000 It is same for state quota and all india quota students and for IP quota students it is 25k per year . The tution fees is one lakh ,the caution fees is 5k and the hostel fees is 1.8k.Every year the state quota students for obc and sc st caste they get scholarship from ssp for obc students they get 45k and for sc st they get nearly upto one lakh but this year even obc students got one lakh rupees and for all india quota and IP quota students there is no scholarship.

Here comes the main topic events in our college honestly speaking every year we only have four functions where we can enjoy The fest, ganesh chaturthi , convocation and the freshers .we have two libraries one in dental college and one in medical college i personally think the medical college is good for studying and in dental library the number of books available are in good range and almost all books are available .Sports are organized in college fest Where we can showcase our talent . Every month we have the anti ragging programme to awaken the students and teach them about its consequences and why to avoid it we also celebrate surgery day ortho day prostho day and many days related to dentistry .Off campus we celebrate holi ,navratri which are fun and here we can see our staff members participating in these events .Last year the boys team from our college had went for cricket match in banglore .

Hostel fees is really the best of all its less with many facilities we have bed ,cupboard, table and a chair in our room we have a balcony and a kitchen with a sink in it we have two drawers per person also ,as the hostel is if 7 floors we have two lifts and we have a water cooler in our hostel too the washrooms are good too the bathrooms also both are cleaned everyday morning we even have sockets in kitchen we can cook with the help of induction the timings for out and entry are also not too much atrict it is convinient from morning anytime till evening 9.30 pm so i dont have a problem with that and for late comers a fine of rs 500 is taken. We have a complaint register where we right our complaints and it is solved in 2 days or same day by evenings like if any light problem or any plumber work so the best thing is this college is its hostel because the fees is less but the faciltites is good very good we even have a common room on ground floore for everyone to sit and study .

except this college i had applied to Hke dental college in gulbarga itself but i had option to choose so i chose this one actually first time when i saw and heard about this college i decided if i get a chance i will chose this college and i think it was good i did so because first it is a central govt college and secondary the the practical work they make us to do the perfection they bring in us is ammendable U can see day by day our handwork improves and we get confidence that yes we can treat a patient and i think the number of patients coming here is more compared to other colleges. Admission i did was through KEA counselling authority first i went to banglore then i went and saw the available options this was available then we gave the dd over and got the admission order which we took and came next day and in such way i had done my admission .as we know we have to write Neet exam and cutoff varies yearly and for differebt categories overall it was hectic but nice .

Actually i think we have enough faculties to compensate for students there isnt any shortage in that way they are friendly and help us in every possible way Every department some. teachers are good and some are difficult to talk to or to approach because not all of them can patiently listen to our problems .every year we have three internals and a final exam for both theory and practicals and after they three internals based on our performance and attendance they give avg out of 10 and send it to the rguhs so that it can be included in our final result. If we see the course is relevant or no depends on the dedication of student in dentistry main is the handwork and communicating skills if u ace there then surely u have a scope ahead .
