Practical classes are efficiently managed in two batches, each led by two professors. Students face three internal and one external exam annually, with performance affecting their final results. A 4-year course is followed by a mandatory 1-year paid internship with a stipend starting at 25,000 INR, increasing to 26,000-27,000 INR annually.
After this, 70% of students complete a 1-year service bond at an ESIC hospital, earning about 1 lakh INR monthly. Graduates can pursue further studies abroad or open dental clinics. Tuition varies by quota: ESIC quota students pay 24,000 INR yearly, while all India quota students pay 1,00,000 INR, plus around 15,000 INR in additional fees. Hostel fees are 10,000 INR annually. University fees differ by year, with first-year fees at 2,900 INR and second-year fees at 4,250 INR.
Total costs for ESIC students are about 50,000-60,000 INR, and for all India students, approximately 1.15 lakhs. Annual tuition hikes are expected.
