Likes

I liked the whole campus and it's environment, I mean we had a huge campus along with all the facilities like library playground to play different games we had several clubs like poetry,dance etc
The canteen food was really good and we had variety of options there but the momos were my favourite
Most of the professors were expert in their subjects However some were not but atleast we have a few good ones

Dislikes

The English teacher were not at all good at the subject themselves
We had so much restriction on girls here but not much on boys
The study hours were crazy almost 10 hours we had to stay in college and this was for day scholars because hostlers used to go to the hostel room if there were any free period

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum wise they were quite good we used to have knowledge of what is going on in the industry although they didn't have proper arrangements for what they used decide for our curriculum There is a fix schedule of best subject which will be helpful in our placement is prepared to study in our semester

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 182000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Basically we had a fee structure of paying 182000 in first years 184000 in second and increase of 2000 in other two years and yes of course we had scholarship criteria in college so people who availed 80% or more in 12th will get scholarship of 25000 However we have other criteria for those who passed exam like jee mains they will get more scholarship based on their score and rank.

Campus Life

Life was good, although we were busy in study most of the time but there were different kind of club activities going on along with competition and also we used to have seminars and concerts, many times a celebrity used to be available on concerts and yes safety was also kept in mind so either we used to be provided a hostel room if an event was at late evening or night

Admission

I think the biggest reason was I was getting good scholarship along with that the distance is also very less as compared to my home so I could travel instead of staying in hostel also, admission process is simple as they have their own test which you can take anytime and soon after that you can proceed with admission

Faculty

The faculty were in good number but what I found odd was same teacher was teaching multiple subjects in different sections. We used to have exam once in a month so two exams were of 15 marks and one of 50 marks every semester However I have heard most of the facilities have changed now

Student eligible from 7th sem and test started from that time also for diff diff companies.google microsoft oracle qudeye comes to college with big bog pacakges and number of offers approx 1200 offers made .Highest pacakge was 2.2 cr and lowest was 10 lpa for sde role.If thinks got as planned i will be seating in placement otherwise gate exam

Practical project , Good faculty but mixed crowd.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Placement is good the highest placement was in 2022 that is 49 LPA and this year also 20 LPA of 3 students and 15 lpa of 4 students and many of 5 to 10 lpa . If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is amazing as we have every variable in our syllabus. There's nothing unheard of as soon as something in tech know how comes it's been taught to us. I have done four semesters and skills programming comes in 5th semester onwards and I am already quite excited about it as it is about to happen.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.
