The exam pattern of college is 50 percent of MCQ that helps a lot for next PG exam also. They teaches us in clinical postings very nicely so we are able to treat patients correctly. Exams are held 4 times in a year

Intership is for 1 year after 4.5 year course of mbbs It has to be done in aiims rishikesh only. Stipend in internship is 30000/- per month In this we learn a lot from patients We goes in rural areas also for learning

Fees and Financial Aid

Aiims rishikesh is a very good college, academics of this college is best. Faculties of college are very supportive and they made this college ragging free. Fees for 4 and a half year is 11450/- rupees only. Hostel is free, no extra charges for any other things. The environment of college is also good.

Campus Life

4.5

The annual function is PYREXIA was held last year It was very good, i enjoyed it a lot This year it is going to happen in October There is a good library in college which has almost all books required in mbbs They also provide us free subscription of online platform for studying

Admission

I choose this college because it's infrastructure is very good Fees is very low and the exam pattern is MCQ. Eligibility for my college is to crack neet ug exam and get a good rank. After that counseling is done for same

Faculty

4

Faculties to students ratio is around 15:1 Best faculty for me was Dr. Brijendra singh because they helped me a lot during my first year mbbs. Some faculties in third year was not too good because they used to scolding students and they teaches very less. Total 4 times exams are conducted, they are moderately hard.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course from this college due to its hospital. It is one of the best hospitals in uttrakhand. MBBS itself carry an important meaning in once life if they have decided to be a doctor. MBBS teachings here is only done to keep you ready for the real worlds. Case discussions are a regular thing here. Total there are 19 subjects that need to be studied within 4.5 years. Few subjects like PSM, AETCOM module should be scrapped completely. They only waste your time as maximum contents they cover are covered in other subjects and few left could be covered separately. It goes on for 3 years with unnecessary postings and practical where you discuss house dimensions, nutrition, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

-Specific aspects is the pattern of exams, that was MCQs pattern and now it has been changed to 50% MCQs and 50% theory. -Curriculum is prepared in the view of clinical knowledge, there are seminars and other group discussion is also added in curriculum apart from classes - The teaching methods should be changed from PPT to ppt + black board, because it's very boring to stare on ppt for an hour - we have to pass 4 exams in one year Mid terminal exam in the end of 3rd month of academic year End terminal exam in the end of 6th month of academic year And two professional exams at the end of the academic year Exams are not difficult, the difficulty level is moderate

Our college curriculum is relevant to our course in this field we save lives of many patients which influenced me the most that's why I always wanted to become a doctor. After the inter introduction of clinical posting we get early exposure to the patients which prepare us for real word application of our knowledge. Time to time exams are conducted here to test are abilities and areas and subjects so that we can improve in that particular field.

After passing the MBBS every student is eligible for the campus placement. There are no companies that visit the college for placement because the students are placed under the government. All students are provided the pay decided by the government. 100% of students qualifying MBBS are getting placements. After getting the degree I have a plan on appearing in the NEET PG exam and after qualification, I will be doing features in any of the qualified branches.
