Computer scienceTeachers behave in a very respectable and friendly manner, and we found it very helpful. They explain in a very good manner so that the students can catch the topic in a very short time and remember it. Every faculty suggest us to enjoy college life along with studies.

Internships Opportunities

Our campus provides scholarship to the students in first year who have scored in top 10% of total crowd. Urja is the annual fest in UPES. The environment is amazing. There are various events such as ignite which helps students to explore their skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Wi-Fi labs are amazing. The speed of UPES Wi-Fi will never disappoint you. Labs and classrooms are well furnished. The food is not upto the mark according to me. Whereas the hostel facilities are okay and one has to be quite disciplined in order to survive at UPES campus hostel. You are never going to complain about the infrastructure if you are in UPES. The view of mountains behind the campus makes it a beautiful place to study

: The infrastructure of SRM is splendid and legit one. The campus is very spacious and comfortable. It is good and classy. There is a playing area and a study area. The canteen is very good. This could be the best college that a student can think to study.

My Honest Review For Nit Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Yes our college offers campus placements.Students from 4th year are eligible for campus placements.Many reputed nation and international companies like microsoft,Wipro,TCS, Infosys and many more companies offrers placement every year in this college. arrording to 2025 deta overall placement rate was 82 percent, Highest packege was 80 lpa and average packege was 12.6lpa. My only plan to get a good placements.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

In my college according to this year college placements went 82% . If you can't get campus placement , there is a high probability if you can apply for any job outside campus and you have relevant skills you can get it . As alumini network of this college is quite good . Microsoft, apple, Deloitte,....etc many companies visits i don't even remember ????more . After getting degree i wants to prepare for govt job

BCET Durgapur.Good campus but bad faculty and placement opportunities.

I say this earlier. First of all my JEE rank was little bit low, so I can't get any govt college. And at that time the CSE fees in almost every private college is arround 4 lakhs. But they asked high donation. Which was not affordable by my family. So I choose this college. Also I hear all private colleges are same.we have to do everything by ourselves.
