Practical knowledge is more important than theoretical knowledge according to my opinion. Especially in architecturing field, you should work practically. By hearting the theory won't make think beyond the text. Applying what you have studied in your works is important. Different Workshop is provided every year for the practical approach towards different things

I am in second year so I don't know about the internship opportunities much but there are many of our seniors who got into North Indian companies and South Indian companies and the salaries can range up to 30000 or more than that, it depends upon the portfolios of theirs and the works they have in college. We are also working trophies as part of the NASA it mostly helps every archys getting more oppertunities

As i am a second year I don't know more about the placements. But yeah most of the students who got passed out are getting placement in many companies offering a package of ?15000-30000/-. Students are allowed to do research paper even after they got passed out . They are getting placements as aluminies in the college itself

College of Architecture Trivandrum offers a bachelor of architecture program with a well structured fee system that accommodates various financial backgrounds. The main event in the college is 600 conducted mainly during march along with the culturals. All the book materials that we might need to refer is in the library, everyone has access to the library. Every classroom has projectors for presenting ppties in both theory classes nad studio presentation. We have Cat Cricket League and Cat Primier League separately other than the usual yearly sports week. Even after that you can practice sports in college ground for going to uni levels . Club events can make the students to socialize and have interraction with juniors and seniors.

There are a few 4 space rooms and mostly 3 space rooma and each of them is provided with three plug points, 3 tables for each of them and 3 cupboard 2 fans 2 tube lights and water facilities are provided like 3 wash space and 3 mirrors nearby 3toilets and 3 bathrooms. 7 days of a week have different meals each day , non veg and veg is provided. Regurgitation process was done in college itself. Thinavila is nearest junction connecting the college and pg and 2 stationary shops for students and small local shops for buying necessary snacks and all

I have opted for the nearby colleges. There were so many college nearby my place like Bishop Jerome Nagar , TKM PRVT and TKM GVNT. But i wanted to live atleast not in my native district. So i looked for colleges near by districts mostly located in the cities because i wanted to hangout once in while to eat , watch movies. I have applied for CET but it had only limited seats so i chose CAT which is more preferable based on my conditions and convenience. I have written the NATA exam and got passed and have taken the admission in CAT

Can't provide any name of my faculties. If you open up to them it might help you communicate with them with your problems facing in the studio. There will be 2 series exam conducted for the internals and 2 uni exmas at the end each semester.
