Likes

The placement is good nearly 85 percentage of students are placed in campus with an average package of 4 lap
The campus is good and big if you are at 1st floor you will take 3 to 4 minutes to get down to the ground

Dislikes

The canteen you you are non Bengali than you can have a problem of eating in a carteen
Our college is near the road somethime noises also distribute you

I have cse department that's why I chose to come to this college Petty much the curriculum prepares you for the real world applications Teachers are well educated 6 month's time before examination if you study 1 week before the examination you can get around 7 CGPA

The semester wise you have pay around 54000 Tution fee:INR365200 FOR the entire fourth year Hostel fee:-INR168400 for fourth year per semester You can also take the west bengal scholarship if you are in west bengal other this college accept Bihar credit card

Life of a BTech DT student studying in WBUAFS

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Various companies including all the famous food and dairy industries and brands like AMUL, ITC, Keventers visit the university for recruiting the students at various posts. The highest starting package after completing graduation is 7 lakhs/annum and the average is 4-5 lakhs per annum. This can be increased to about 10-12 lakhs per annum after completion of post graduation and the average package also increases to 7-8 lakhs/ annum. The percentage of students getting placements is 100% My plan after getting the BTech degree in Dairy technology is opting for higher studies and completing post graduation.

From 7th semister students can sit for a placement. In our college or in our time we have limited companies.our college has invited 3 to 4 companies for placement. The highest package was- 7lakh/ annum. Avg package-3.5 lakh/annum, Percentage of students getting job -40% My plan for m.tech.

Remarks:

Positives of this college is mostly the fact that it is a functioning college. With labs and classrooms. The college has AC too. The DSC is also a big positive point. Negatives: the people, the redundant course, the initial 1.5 months of ragging.

It's a very good college

Remarks:

College management is not as good as other colleges but there are very helpful to us. Our facilitys are also good and helpful but there are some staff the r very embarrassing and the are the dirty ness of our college. Otherwise our college is good but it has no soil in our college campus. We have a basketball court but it's not enough for us
