Likes

There are perticular class rooms for lab , work shops , machine rooms . And every lab have sufficient instruments for labs in physics chemistry and others . Here recruited specialised teachers for labs .
We have best lecturers in every departments .

Dislikes

The playground of our college is small for playing cricket or football.
There is no hostel facilities for students.

Course Curriculum Overview

From childhood I was eager about to study engineering and I love generators , engine very much and that forced me to choose this course. In this course we have thaught all the mechanism and all other about mechanical applications which used in all over . By this course we can get jobs easily that is the good thing about the course.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 1350 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

We have to paid ? 850 rupees for 1 year and have to paid 250 for each two semesters in one year . This fees included library book facilities , annual programs etc . Students can get SVMCM scholarship for persuing this course .

Campus Life

There are many more small festivals like Teachers Day , Viswakarma Puja , Saraswati Puja etc. but two main festivals are " Ahhoban " for fressers welcome and " Metamorphosis " is annual fest in our college. There a main magazine published in the birthday of Acharyya Prafulla Chardra Ray and departmental magazines published in different times for each .

Admission

I choose this college because this is the no 1 polytechnic college all over West Bengal and faculties and other infrastructures are best among others . When I appeard in this college there was a ability test but from this year admission process is based on the X th standard marks .

Faculty

In my opinion faculties are best . They gives their best to teach us . If we have any doubts they clear them again and again . The best thing is that they cover all the syllabus before time . There is a very low chance of fail in exams because faculties explain the questions for the exams many times.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a technician like my father. I guess our ETCE department need a few new machines. Every semester we've 2 internal exams from college and these exams are good and moderate level questions given in this exams . Timing is same as previous year.

Best College In The World

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum I chose was Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. The fact that the world is moving at an high pace to a age of Technological Supremacy and Electronics and Telecommunication is,was and has been playing a vital role in it,made me choose this course so I might learn about the minute details of Technology. The course teaches us the fundamentals of Electronics,Electonic Circuitry,Telecommunication,Antenna Designing,Wave Propagation,etc whose real world applications abundent and boundless. The students after diploma may study further to get a degree on Engineering via B.E & B.Tech courses to further their academic pursuits. The final exams were conducted at the end of each semesters which were preceeded with internal exams which are conducted with the span of the semester. The exams were fairly tough so as to test the students and maintain a high standard.

Brief details about APC Ray Polytechnic

There was a government entrance exam called JEXPO, and only students whose rank was in the top 200 were eligible to get admission to the Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy Govt Polytechnic College. You need to pass your Madhyamik exam to be qualified to sit for this exam. You can find the application form for the exam on the govt website on Google. There were no application fees required. For an internship the students himself/herself make arrange. College will not provide any internship or training.

For an Engineering student, the big requirement is Placement. And this is the college where the maximum number of placement happens every year even in core branches. The admission is based on an entrance exam name JEXPO. You have to achieve a good rank in this exam after your Class 10 to join this college. APCRP is the best

The college is the number one polytechnic college in Kolkata. The quality of education is very high in this institute. The teachers and the supporting staff's, lab attendants, lecturers professors are very efficient and the process of learning is very interesting. The lab is also very good and the interior structure of this lab is very high. There are so many instruments in the lab and the lab is very well decorated.
