APC in my view

I think it is a good choice after 10th. But if you have done your 12th and wanna do engineering then it will not be a right choice. In EIE department class strength is 30 and 5 teacher is present in the department. The teachers are well qualified and have industrial knowledge also. Semester are conducted arong the month of June and December. Semester difficulty level is mmoderate.

There are not any internship opportunities. Instead of it students can do training. Sometime it is free of cost but sometimes students have to pay for it. In the cource curriculum students have to do project in 6th semester but for interested students they can start earlier.

It is a 3 year course. Students became eligible for placement form 5th semester. May companies visits our campus like Tata Steel, Tata power, L&T, woods, Thought works etc. Almost 90% students got placed though out the placement session. Highest package is around 6LPA. And the average package is 3 LPA.

It is the top polytechnic college in west bengal. As it a government college so the fees are very less arong 820 rupees per year. If you are join this college after 10th then you will eligible for government scholarship but after 12th you have to apply for private scholarship. I got a scholarship from Blue Star company.

Annual program includes freshers and fest which are conducted once in a year. Annual sports also conducted in this college. Annual sports contains cricket, football, badminton, chess, vollyball. The craze of annual sports is so high that everyone wait for it. college tshirt and depertmental tshirt are published once in a year. We also publish magazine. In the college library we can borrow 2 book at a time.

It is basically a technical course. To get admission in this cource you have to appear in a entrance exam call JEXPO. After 10th you are eligible for this exam and the application fees is 500 rupees . Syllabus is normal 10th class mathematics, physics and chemistry. According to the rank you have to choose college.
