Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

They offered multiple subjects it's on students what subjects they want to choose. It's just student need to complete 36 credits no matter what subject they choose and they prepared the degree accordingly

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees was 12600 which we need to pay once during the yearly registration. And we need to pay the examination fee of 150 or 200 for each exam. There is no difference in the fee structure for anyone, it is standard. Also as per my knowledge, they don't provide any scholarships or anything to anybody. Also for the practicals, they have few colleges available.

Campus Life

3

Overall it was good, Campus life was good as we got many chances to participate in many envents and we learned alot through that. Library was filled with many books related to different course and others. Smart class facility was there in the college. We don't get too much chance to participate or perform any extracurriculam activity.

Admission

I choose Gargi over others because the faculty was excelllent. They guide me for my Assignments, provides indepth knowledge of the course and the college was having good environment to study. The admission process was very smooth we need to visit our Main center and from there one can apply for the college they want to enroll in

Faculty

3.5

For the main subjects the counts of students in per class goes max to 20 and for litratures it goes upto 60. My college was Gargi and all the Professors there were very knowledgable, they have too much knowledge to offer. Every year they have exams as per the subjects you choose, we need to complete 36 credits in 3 yrs and it is on student how they want distribute that credit. Student can choose practicals if he don't want more theories in that credit. Exams were not easy nor difficult but the grading system is not upto the mark. More than 40% students fails in exams. Course curriculam is 70% relevant

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.
