Likes

The things I like in my college was an eco-friendly campus with friendly teachers
Library it was very beautiful with lots of books people who love to read will definitely like it

Dislikes

Giving notes the college provide us notes but it not that effective
No programs are there if any programs are conducting it was the worst

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate my course 10 out of 10 because it was a new branch and moreover it will get placements from electronics and computer with a minimum 8-9 LPA and I will always prefer this course for my siblings and friends

There are several internship programs having and are of more programs like classes and others and it will help for developing ourselves and other skills like listening skills and depating skills and others

Placement Experience

Our college provide best placements from TCS, South Indian Bank, federal Bank, Infosys and other American companies of 9,00000 per anum salery package and our college provide placement programs for students to get a job for the first trial

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college am giving yearly 1,00000 and extra hostel fees of 32,000 and other exam fees more for the admission we have to pay 72,000 and for each sem about 50,000 for our course it was a best course and got higher oppertunities for the future

Campus Life

The college contacting serveral techfest and hackathons and also have college day for the students IEEE programs sports club ,and bootcamps and other programs contacted and clubs like music club dance club and sports club are there

Admission

I choose this college because of high placement and the amount of pass percentage of our college was best and first I was about to choose mangalam college,and Amal Jothi but I prefer this college for the course that I take now

Faculty

Yah we have a good and friendly faculty they help us for studying if we have any doubts they are free to teach us ones more without any concerns Our examination is contected by ktuand the exam skeme is to get 35 internal mark and 40 for writing and overall 75 to pass one subject

Interview Experience

Actually yah first year in our college there were group discussion and quiz games with an amount for the first price winners moreover we have a subject for this to achive the skills for depate and other skills

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

My options were SJCET and AJCE. Now both are autonomous, when i was there to join a student commit suicide and my friend was already a student who pursuing ece and said dont ever come to the hell. For SJCET silly fight issues were there but its a college not a church it can happen . But now sjcet is more strict than ajce. No suicides in sjcet. Ajce is 10/10 for looks and event.
