Course Curriculum Overview

As I have done ceba in pu I decided to take BCA in degree and now for the technology development there is more important to the computer course and it is very beneficial to the future of our life which helps us for financial problems

Class Size: 900Course Fees: INR 95000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the 3 years is 95000 and there is 2 instalment for the 1 instalment 45000 and 2 40000 and there is also uniform fees is separate and lab records notes fees but we are ok with the college so that only I am adjusted with it

Actually I had applied for BCA in St Joseph's University college but due to the financial problems comparing to the Joseph's to bishop bishop is ok with the fees so I have applied for BCA in bishop and also bishop is good

There's more open stage program conducted and faculties are participating and encouraging the students in the good manner and they handle us so patiently and there is no ragging in college according to the University portal they follow and take classes

Kristu jayanti the best for degree

Placement Experience:

They have 95% placements. Many of students started there intern after 1st year but I tried at last year and selected it was no-payable but got experience and now I'm taking 10 lpa. My friend got payable at 2nd year but he didn't improve his skills and struggled at last he lost placement but got hired in developing company. If you don't get placement no worries on that you can improve skills in college and take of teachers

Course Curriculum Overview:

I mainly choose the course because I heard the college was top in Mangalore and it provide best teaching. Although some were correct and some not. The curriculum the college prepared is nice, but majority were outdated topics and idk it will help the students to get jobs in modern world with modern technologies.

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good .Companies such as l&t, infosys , TCS, IBM, code young etc have visited and selected with a high packages. The stydents from 4th sem are applucable for the placements , There are more than 15 companies that visited for the placements

our collage stars to focus on placement from 4 semester ,but actual placement is done at end sem ,many companies visit and select few and most eligible students, companies like axis bank ,karnataka bank etc visit and give good packages, the recent one of my senior got placed in federal bank with the initial ctc of 6 Lpa., now percentage is not that big factor they check the skill, my plans is to get placed by my dream company apple inc .

Awesome environment for students to grow. college campus is nature friendly campus consist of many small trees and schools both Kannada and English medium and have both CBSE and state syllabus and also have ITI.

I did not apply in any college but I had a thought to apply in Goodwill Girls college since it is nearer to my home . But my PU computer teacher suggested me to join Bishop Cotton women's Christian college because she was an alumini of the college and she loved the computer faculties over there and she was soo right on it . Also my elder sister had done her PU there so i opted for this college . The admission process was easy i went and visited the college they asked for my pu documents and 10th documents and asked my marks in computers and maths . I also applied and joined in Jyoti nivas (JNC) thier timings was not good , yess the classes starts at 8:30 and ends at 3:30 and there is no free period in between, felt like school and many students hav not yet completed their graduation yet .....I think since they hav authority they fair the students for granted. But in Bishop cottons v do hav free period and it is half day for almost 5 days on a week....Read More
