Campus life unveiled: A students perspective

I peronally like computer science so i opted for bca . Ive heard from my seniors that bca at bishops is really good and its a girls college so i opted for bca at bishops. The curriculum does prepare us for real world challenges and makes us future ready. We also have an internship and projects to do at the end of the course in which we use all our skills learnt in the 3 years of this course. The timing of exams is on point and it helps us to prepare for our semester exams and score well. The teachers use integrated teaching methods such as ppts, models to enhance our learning

Year wise fee is between 80-85k per year The uniform is included in the fee no additional charges The fee for BSc is between 60k per year The college provides scholarships and merits . They allow us to pay the fee in installments

We have disha a fest which happens every year in oct/November and many other fests on and off. Be it inter college or fests which are interclass There are many books to read and enhance our knowledge on in our library. We have a vast collection of books . We can play sports such as badminton, chess, throwball, basket ball, table tennis and carrom board in our college. We have a sports day conducted every year . There are clubs such as rotaract club, technovation club, ecell club, red cross club anf many more clubs which are run by the students and we have many activities done each week

I didn't apply to any other colleges as i thot this college is the best for me. As its a girl's college and the faculty here is realkg good. The admission process is pretty simple. They give the admission to students above 60%. All boards are accepted for the degree course

Student to faculty ratio in theory classes is 40:16 For practicals it is 2:40 so that eah student can get individual attention Ms christina, ms suja , ms jaya, ms manjula, ms reeja , ms kamal all are very supportive and guide the students to the fullest . They give individual attention to each of the students and make sure we understand each and every topic. There are 2 internal exams and 1 semester exam after each semester. All students pass and very few maybe 2 or 3 students fail to clear the exams but majority of them clear as we are taught to tackle the questions The course curriculum is on point , leaving no stone unturned in our education
