- The Campus is fully lush green and beautiful with great sceneries visible from one of the hostel
- There is no reservation policy in the college. So all the students are same intellectual.
- The placement record is decent and good opportunities are there.
Dislikes
- The college is situated in the outskirts of Jaipur, and is very isolated from the main city
- Scoring good marks is very difficult as the academic is tough and life is hectic sometimes
- Fee of the college is very much and still we see fee hike every year.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are very much relevant for placement and industries. With trending technologies, they teach Data structures and algorithm, Object oriented programming , Database management system, Operating System, Computer Networking etc
Internships Opportunities
Companies like microsoft, Deloitte, media.net, watfix etc come with good internship opportunities from 5th semester. They provide decent stipend to deserved student. Many of them get pre placement offers.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are good in the college. After 4th semester, the companies start coming for internships. Companies like Deloitte, Microsoft, Google offers placement to 5th semester students. Out of 600 students, generally 400 are eligible for placement. Out of them, the placement percentage is 95%. My plans are clear, after getting degree, I will be doing job in a good company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of one semester in 2024 is 2,90,000 including tution fee, admission fee, hostel and mess charges, internet and electricity charges etc. Also, the college clarifies that there may be the fee hike of 10%-15% every year. The college provides many types of scholarship. For that, your JEE Adv rank must be under 12000. And from 2nd semester onwards, you have to maintain your cg above 9.25%. Personally, I think the fee is very high although great facilities are provided by the college.
Campus Life
College life is very good in Lnmiit. There are three fests that takes place in the college every year. They are: The Cultural Fest: Vivacity The Technical Fest: Plinth The Sports Fest: Desportivos There are different clubs under cultural council and technical council.
Hostel Facilities
There are 4 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel and three mess, mess A, mess B, mess C in the college campus. All the hostels are well built and maintained. Mess is different from boys hostel 1,2,3 but mess C is inside the boys hostel 4. Mess food is decent with variety of dishes in the menu.
Admission
I was also having an option of Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal and Vellore institute of technology, Vellore. I didn't choose them because placement record was better in lnmiit. Also the crowd is good in lnmiit with most people focusing on coding and programming.
Faculty
The faculties are very much approachable and if you have any problem, you can go to their cabin and they are very ready to resolve the issue. There are regular quizzes and midterm exams and endterm exams.
