The faculty was amazing. Great and supportive staff
The faculty provided full support at the time of placements also

Dislikes

Infrastructure was not upto the mark at our time
But now infrastructure is improved. There could be better internship opportunities

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was upto mark, few topics needed to be inculcated which seemed missing. More Practical subjects can be introduced more. Exams were taken batchwise morning and evening batches. The exams made were appropriate and from syllabus only

Internships Opportunities

Internship roles were offered by many companies including both top companies as well as startups. Roles were offered like. Business development, sales and marketing, financial analyst, marketing research and other domain roles

Placement Experience

Placements at IITM were good for marketing specially, many bug companies came for roles like sales and marketing, research etc. Opted for placements but later made plans to pursue higher education before landing for jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

I had paid 1.20 lacs every year. The program was for 3 years. Tution fees - 60000 Registration fees - 20000 Exam fees - 12000 Lab fees - 10000 My friend was doing BBA , his overall fees was 100000. Many quotas available sports quota, SC/ST. Scholarships are provided for students who scored more than 98% in. 12th

Campus Life

My campus life at IITM was good. Many clubs and events were organized. There used to be IPU fest where celebrities used to come. I also participated in many clubs and won competitions. There was also sports day held every year

Admission

Applied to many colleges, but most suitable and worthy college according to my rank was IITM. Heard a lot about the faculty and curriculum so chose IITM for my graduation. Located at Student friendly area and was a safe place

Faculty

Faculty members were superb. They supported in understanding the concepts and topics where ever there is doubt. They always treated everyone equal and provided opportunities where ever they could from their side also. Always motivating us to do better Still in touch with few of my faculty teachers

My opinion

Placement Experience:

As I am 1st year student i don't know much about it but most probably placement starts in third year. Well known companies reach out to our college for placement. Avg package would be around 6-7 lpa. 80% of our students easily get placed. My plan is to open a business in my upcoming future.

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.
