What Students Say

Likes

Professors are really good at teaching and help us to clear our all doubts
Study material is provided for the preparation of exams so that we can score good marks
The lab is really good and the systems are of good software

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs to be improved a lot
The washroom is not well maintained and they should work on it
The time table must be more flexible so that we can learn with getting proper breaks

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is relevant to computer science as the topics subjects are mostly of coding and practical labs but the comprehensiveness is still missing as i feel in our course we are only taught about the basics and the advance level

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee Structure of our college is divided semester wise so my BCA degree is a 3 years course and our fees is also divided into 3 parts on yearly basis first year fees is 1,30,000 and then for the second year the fees is 1,10,000 and same for the third year. In the first year the 10,000 rupees is the security deposit which we will get after our course competion and for scholarship we must have the percentage above 90%

Campus Life

So that campus life is nice and very interactive we get various opportunity to become confident as we have various clubs and societies in our college where we explore so many domains and conduct and participate in various coding events such as hacathons , ideathons etc

Admission

So i prefer this college because iitm is in the top 5 colleges for doing bca in delhi and i got admission in this college is the best opportunity to excel in my feild and i didnt get the other college becuase of kymy rank and also i wasnt willing to travel so far

Faculty

The facult is good they all are knowledgeable. The course is divided into 6 semester in which we are taught so many coding languages such as c c++ java python mysql and the marking scheme is like 40 marks for internals and rest for external

Interview Experience

Yess there was a written test for getting selected throught the ipu cet entrance test that was mcq based with negative marking -1 and for every correct answer 4 marks the exam was divided into different sections like maths computer logical reasoning

Night Life

The library,cafeterias is good enough to spend the leisure time but the gym is not available to the student then how they will build there physique and i am not sure about the night life because i never have been there

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students are eligible to sit for placements. Highest pacage was of 6-7 lpa whereas average packge is 3-4lpa. we have to go to other campuses to attend placement drives. Very less number of students got placed.

IITM Janakpuri

Placement Experience:

The Placements were good in IITM Janakpuri . The highest salary in my batch was offered about 14lpa and the average ranges arounf 6-7lpa. I didnt opt for placement because i want to do masters after my Bachelors but the my destiny didnt travelled along.

Navigating my campus life!

I applied and got admission for bharti vidyapeeth, bhagini nivedita from delhi university, also got admission in Jims Noida, and Christ University, Ghaziabad. So why i chose this college? According to me bharti vidyapeeth was a strict college, and faculty of there was also strict as if i asked my friends they use to debarred the students. Whereas the college of delhi university was sick. The infrastructure was poor, The faculty memebers of there was disrespectful and the environment and cleanliness there was pathetic. Also bein the outer area of Najafgarh the are was not safe for girls. Jims Noida was offering me for Bba course but they don't provide the Bcom hons course and i wanted to pursue that. Christ university was also a strict college and students are used to wear uniforms so i didn't wanted to opt for that, and i got this college in spot round and i loved the environment and vibe of the colleges than the other colleges i got admission in. No i didn't got any rejection from other colleges. The admission process was so simple you have to give just Cet test which under ipu university for ug students.
