Likes

Du sol offers different colleges for different classes I liked this fact as being a sol student I can take your of all the du colleges.
The best part is book fees and all are not taken. It's added in 9k only . There r 14 books for ,2 semester and only appointment is needed
Teachers are very nice. Sometimes classes are cancelled. But sometimes teachers come on Sunday and teach us.

Dislikes

Campus canteen has the worst food ever. I almost tried food of all the canteen and the hype of North campus is a waste .
Water coolers are not even cleaned properly
Classes only take place once in a week. Atleast there should be 2 classes per week

Course Curriculum Overview

Exams are mostly easy and the syllabus is also easy but the online assessments are way harder than offline exams. U can easily score 7-8 CGPA after studying your syllabus from youtube. Syllabus is also not that much and easy to cover

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1year fees having 1and 2 semester was 9k something and there was no scholarship system. But from the next year girls having 8+CGPA will get scholarship. Now for the 2nd year there will be fees payment again.

Campus Life

Campus life is great. Great space great time. I have taken the tour and colleges are huge. You can easily go to any class any room . Chill in the garden enjoy your fav food in canteen . And a lot more.

Admission

I applied for regular colleges but as my scorr in cuet was 550 only that was not enough for my dream college. So I had to choose sol . And now I have seen many colleges of du and attended fests also. I liked my current college which is faculty of arts

Faculty

Exam system is okay. But before exams assessment take place. Which is the worst thing. Online assessment are worst. 2 exams per year . One in Summers one in winters. And colleges are alloted by them which can't be changed

Actually the 3 discipline core subjects are truly important and relevance to my course. However the skill enchantment course and value addition course, even EVS taught this semester barely helps. That sometimes even felt like a burden. Still choosing the right GE, major is useful. I enjoy that... going through.

Reality Check

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in theoretical subjects. Even in my school time, I liked theory subjects more than practical or numerical subjects. This is one of the reason I chose this specific course. Another reason is that I like reading non fictional novels. At the age of 15, I started reading novels but after diving into this course I'm liking the fictional novels too. I don't think this course needs to improve anything. It is in it's best form at the point.

MY COLLEGE - HEAVEN AND HELL

Placement Experience:

I think students become eligible for campus placements in 5th semester as now they are mature enough to be given such responsibility and to secure their future. I am not aware about the number of companies and offers. I am also not aware about the highest or lowest package offered but the average package for my college is ?6.5 lakhs per annum. The cgpa should be above 7.5 for better chances of getting placements. My plan is to get a good college placement in starting of the 5th semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I knew a senior already and asked her about the college she said teaching staff is good for which I can totally agree..there are a lot of assignments and stuff but at last it's helpful helps to gain exposure, knowledge and experience If you participate in all the activities which happend then it will be really good and helpful But the syllabus is very vast and with activities and assignment it gets stressful For the first year first sem it was very hectic as the exams were in really few gap but it was fine in second sem It is advised to try to study side by side atleast a little bit

I chose School of Upper Learning because this college has classes only once a week and also has online classes.In the meantime, you can try some of our extra IT tools like Tally Busy which will help you in accounting.Moves further ahead in line I got a lot of support from my seniors and at home, which gave me the opportunity to know more about it in depth, hence I selected this college and curriculum.Moreover, you can also do a job along with your studies and support your family completely.Like you can apply to a CA These apps can go into any accounting line.And talking about college admission process, you should have around 50% marks in 12th class.There are no other criteria in this nor any limit.You just have to go to give the exam and there are no compulsory classes.In this, you are not taken any exam etc., your admission is done on the basis of 12th....Read More

My du sol campus review

I applied for cuet to enter a regular college but unfortunately I didn't score well and didn't get any regular college which provide BMS as their course but in sol you do not have to apply to cuet you are selected on the basis of your 12th marks and I scored good in 12th so I got enrolled in dusol.
