Course Curriculum Overview

5

The amount of opportunities in this course made me choose this curriculum. The curriculum prepares you for real world applications and further academic pursuits in the best manner. Everything is great, there's hardly any need for improvement other than fees. The exams and class tests are fairly frequent and are of moderate difficulty

Internships Opportunities

4

Taj, ITC, Hyatt, Marriot are some of the companies for internship. There's also opportunity to go outside India for internship like Oman and Hong Kong. Various roles like front office, chef are offered during the internship according to your preference

Placement Experience

4

Students become eligible for campaign placements after the 8th semester. Total of 30 companies visit this college, like Taj, Marriott, Hilton, ITC, Hyatt, etc. highest and the average package varries from year to year. 99 percent of students get placed. My plans after a degree are moving out of India and becoming an entrepreneur

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm paying 5.7 lakhs per year which includes 4 lakhs course fees, 1.2 lakh hostel fees and 50 thousand mess fees. The fee increases every year. There's a scholarship based on final exam for the next year

Campus Life

5

Annual Sports festival, annual function, there are a lot of events such as these held every year. The library is huge and has a variety of books. There's a indoor sports complex named "Marena", it's the biggest indoor sports complex in Asia and has more than 10 sports in it

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel room has 2 beds, 2 closets, 2 study tables, 2 chairs, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The bathroom has shower and 24*7 hot water. The meal quality and Menu of the mess is really good, there's chicken and Paneer almost everyday of the week and Biryani on Sunday. Registration process for hostel is during admission and it's great for the price

Admission

I applied for IIHM banglore and got admission from them but chose wgsha as it's simply the best. No I didn't get rejection from any college. You have to give a entrance test and a interview to get accepted in this college

Faculty

4.5

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. The faculty are very approachable and friendly. Mr. Valsraj, Mr. Rakshit, Mr. Dayanand are some of the faculties I like and I don't dislike any faculty as such. There are 4 exams per year and 2 per semester. The exams are moderately difficult and only few people fail to clear them
